Trouble with that is if we go for it and get hammered 4-0, we potentially sit third by Saturday evening.
Then it’s out of our hands and winning 3 games out of the 4 last games might not even be enough.
I kind of hope both teams sit back tomorrow until the last 10 minutes and then see if we can nick one. Anything worse than a 1 goal loss tomorrow would be really disappointing.

My biggest worry now is that what was going to be a real last-game thriller between Posh and Bolton might now be a lot easier for Bolton with Posh destined for the playoffs and resting /protecting players for them.

Great result and what a difference a week makes, but there’s still a long way to go and lots of twists and turns yet I am sure. Bolton have two relatively ‘easy’ (on paper) games next which I expect them to win, even though (like us) they aren’t playing particularly well. Dion Charles also likely to be back soon. Their form has been poor overall since Xmas but they haven't lost many games 
If (as most of us expect) we lose to Pompey then by the end of next week Bolton could be right up on top of us again. Even a point at Pompey would be massive !
The key may well be the GD- so , even if we do lose, then it needs to be by the odd goal and ditto any Bolton wins.
Still see this going down to the last game if I am honest.

That's just reminded me of a nice little titbit connecting these two clubs...
Pompey win FA Cup in '39... then retain it for the longest uninterrupted period (7 years), due to the war years, before handing it over in '46... to us!  🏆

I think the only pessimistic view you can take on Bolton’s run in is that Bristol look on the beach. Pompey could be all but up by the time they play them and posh might have nothing to play for. 
 
90 points will be enough with a hard earned draw on Tuesday being a real bonus.

Just a comment on the substitutions of people playing quite well - we have a rather important game on Tuesday evening. Particularly in respect of CBT, he hasn't had much game time and was hobbling a bit.
And on the attendance - if she had already got a ticket, then she would have been counted in that total @MackworthRamIsGod. We cleared that up at SCG earlier this month.
