What’s annoying is that it’s the same frailties most games… but PW seems oblivious to it all- just won’t change his ways…
Fair enough, we are where we are in the League… but …

Exactly….. we are just too predictable - opposition teams know that if they can cut off the balls down the line after we push it out wide (every time it seems) then we have no Plan B to create and come through the middle…

Our centre midfield is lacking legs when they break through the middle… how often have we said that this season ??!

To be fair he’s also being left with too many one-on-ones as they break through our midfield..

Think it would have been better if we had worn our home strip…

Oh my- I do hope that after all this he doesn’t turn out to be another Bradley… 🤞
If he fits in well he could make a big difference….
BUT I really wish we could bring in that much needed grafting central midfielder…

I honestly don’t think we have seen enough of  him yet to really judge- particularly as a starter. He was just starting to get in his stride when he got injured.
But at this point- and with an eye on where we are now and for the rest of the season - I would rather have him fit and available ( same for Waggy) than signing an extension for JJ.
    Much better foil for Collo.

Not good (for us) that Namibia surprisingly won their first game- if they beat South Africa (who are hopeless right now), he’s gonna be away even longer …😳

Yes I remember posting that and I was 100% wrong and I admit it.
On JJ I stand by what I said I'd rather have Waggy on than him.

Which is why we need a midfield three…

I honestly believe a player like Brannagan really could be the big missing piece of the jigsaw as far as or team’s development is concerned. More important than another wide player in my view. I say that because we really tend to be a single plan team at the moment- give it to Cash or Nelson, who then feed it out wide and then it goes down the line…
We don’t really have that Plan B of attack utilizing a good and creative thrust through the middle … Brannagan etc would bring that …

I thought our midfield in general was pretty non existent, didn’t think him or hourihane had good games.

People have a justifiable right to complain when things are crap or going pear-shaped in front of their eyes. It doesn’t make them any less of a true fan.

We didn’t dominate the end of the game. Going in to injury time they looked the more likely and I would have taken a point. Funny how fans see the game differently.

We won after he fixed the midfield which he should have done 20 minutes ago before we threw the lead away? I’d say that aged very well yes.
