Max Bird - Calf injury, stepped up training and could play against Wycombe.

Callum Elder - Groin injury, dunno how long he’s meant to be out for
Ryan Nyambe - Quad injury, had surgery and out for the season
Tyreece John-Jules - Hamstring injury, is allegedly back in light training so could play a part before the season ends
Jake Rooney - Knee injury, ACL so thought his season was over but is in light training so could play a part before the season ends

Oh, and Sonny Bradley still banned following his red card against Northampton, the Wycombe game is the final one of his 3 match ban.

Definately - although i would add that once you have reached a certain level of fitness over a period of time and then take a break - you can get away with a couple of weeks away without too much harm. Much longer than that though and you will need to work your way back into it a bit - not unlike footballers returning from injury.
One thing i did find really useful was to invest in a chest strap heart rate monitor (Myzone, garmin, polar etc). Most people would be very surprised to find out that when working out in the gym - partcularly aerobic/cardio workouts - that they are just not working anywhere near as hard as they thought they were.
Wrist worn fitness trackers are just not in the same ball park for accuracy compared with the chest worn heart rate monitors. For those that train regularly the chest worn trackers are a great aid for tracking measurable improvments over a period of time such as a reduction in resting heart rate, improvement in blood pressure, healthier stronger heart - no matter how young or old you are when you make the decision to start.

This IMO is a great video and method of training which makes it enjoyable and will motivate you to do more.
Consistency will always win.

BatRam got a reaction from Gee SCREAMER !! in Jack Marriott
still frustrates me to this day that it failed with Marriott. thought we had the next Jamie Vardy. It used to piss me off that he was on his own up top with no service and we just lumped it up to him and was solely relying on someone thats 5ft 8 to hold the ball up

BatRam got a reaction from Premier ram in Joe Wildsmith
Wildsmith is one of our better players. the odd blunder is far outweighed by his game winning saves every game. As a fan base we're far to easy to get the claws in on our own players.

I’m similar to you. Went to uni at 18, around 6 foot and 10 stone wet. Went to the gym inconsistently for a few years, then really started counting the calories after I graduated and got up to around 13 stone. I’m back down to 12 stone now but am hoping to get back up again soon.
When I first started, I had frequent lower back spasms. I went to a physio, he gave me a few stretches to do every day (I do them any time I exercise), and that largely sorted it.
I’ve started upping the cardio in the last year or so (part of the reason why I lost weight), and have had minor issues with knees, aches and pains. So I swapped some of my heavier squats (5 sets of 5) to lighter ones with more reps (3 sets of 12). Seems to have helped a little bit, but if the physio gives you any tips, let me know!

Lets just say I'm not sure PW would ever have to sub him off because he was 'gassed out' 😛

BatRam reacted to Leeds Ram in Depression, anxiety, stress and other related issues
Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it 🙂 Yeah, I'm hoping my contract will either be renewed, or I'll get some postdoctoral funding or I'm applying for a research job at Kings College London. If none of these work out, then definitely I'll get a skate on looking at other things! 🙂

Hey man , hopefully you get what youre looking for. But in the worse case scenario another door will always open. Even if you have to get a rubbish job just to make the bills pay till you get something else. Theres always stuff at supermarkets and stuff ( i know its prob nothing like what youre doing but atleast its money in the bank).

GK errors are magnified because they spend way less time effecting the game with the ball, he's a good keeper.

Creeping whilst I was sleeping,
