Crewton
Peterborough not feeling quite so smug about nicking him off us now I suppose.

"Posh boss Darren Ferguson told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire. "But Jack - 82 minutes into the game he felt fine, we'd got him as fit as possible, he was looking good and it looks like it's a recurring one from when he did it (hamstring) at Sheffield Wednesday." Duracell
Weirdest thing about Marriott is there is a) an incredible amount of vitriol about the fact his career fizzled out and the general view that he was overrated and that b) an incredible amount of vitriol towards Lampard for not starting him in the playoff final, and that contributed to the final outcome. How can he be both not good enough, and the most important player in the biggest match in recent history? Taribo
..Also as @RoyMac5 says, the potential. Marriott seemed to be that look lower league striker, banging in the goals, natural finisher with a bit of pace that we'd been crying out for since Mikkel Beck. Taribo
Apart from the Mikkel Beck stuff I did genuinely think he was going to be an Ivan Toney or Ollie Watkins but no, we always get Danny Devito’s cousin
