I take back what i said previously. Thought it would be the classic derby having our pants down in the transfer window and then getting someone back on loan half arsing it. But he didnt. Dont know if it was having adams there to mop up behind him but thought bird looked like his old self again, which is kinda annoying seeing as hes no longer our player 🤣

Yes, it's expensive but very good. I got it following a nasty accident it gives me loads a data about what each leg is doing ( my right leg is f*****). The drivers insurance paid for it. There are much more affordable options. In general the more you pay the cleverer they get. Pay more you get, training routines, virual climbs and can do virtual races with other people.

No idea of your age and weight - but that looks a pretty impressive, sustained effort - avg 17.5 mph over 2+ hours.

On the bright side the worse the game the fitter I get.

I definitely have issues with overall flexibility, especially my hips, so will look into some mobility work for that. Even when I was able to do squats, my depth was always terrible, which I guess was another symptom of that.
Nowadays, I avoid any sort of squatting movement completely. Just far too much discomfort in my knee.

ive never had a problem with burton as i like to see anyone in the midlands do well. but now their fans are giving it the big'n trying to make out they're our rivals n stuff im not arsed what happens to em haha
