Gonna give these their own thread because Ryan Conway has written some great articles so far Including this one.
I think sums up everything id like to say about Cocu’s reign but with some really interesting bits of info. I liked Cocu a lot and I’m very much in the camp that he was the right man at the wrong time, it’s a shame it all started to come together just as the world shut down.
Anyway, keep up the good work Ryan!

I've been told Brighton want to help Liam if they can. Evan Ferguson is a possibility this season, he's played three first team games and unlikely to get an opportunity next season. They have Deniz Undav, a January signing loaned back to the Belgium club and a chasing other strikers.

I can’t control what everyone else does, IF he leaves and the newspaper speculation around his contract is true I’ll remember Buchanan’s efforts for the club during difficult times and wish him well.
If by chance he is considering staying at the club to help us get out of league one, one read of his mentions on Twitter and here might make his mind up for him, there’s a rapid nastiness to some people’s opinions sometimes which baffles my brain.

Having chatted yesterday to someone from his old club that Liam had a lot more input into managing the team than people were aware of, especially with Rooney's lack of qualifications, there's only one in the running for me, if he wants it.

For the most part fans are awful at rubbishing managers and, players.
For pity sake the guy hasn't even picked his first team yet!
If you think we need to be looking to appoint a potentially 'great' manager then you are suffering from delusion. We need someone who can steady our Club through the next couple of seasons - that might be Rosenior, might not be time will tell.

I was informed by a Derby journalist that Morris paid £82m, along with hefty debts and a £16m mortgage on the stadium, and injected several million to purchase all the loan deals set up before transfer of the club outright to him.
Kyril Louis-Dreyfus – son of French billionaire Robert Louis-Dreyfus only holds a 41 per cent stake, not all the shares, and he paid £25m for that. Stewart Donald retained a 34 per cent share while Juan Sartori has 20 per cent and Charlie Methven owns the remaining five per cent. At the moment there are talks of a £42m takeover and it appears £36m debts were written off the previous season. They are nearly as deep in do do as we are.

Can someone explain to me what he actually has to apologise for?
And when our ex owner didn't even manage that feat why would we expect it from a person totally unconnected to the club.

Except it comes at a huge cost, take Burnley as an example going this route: ALK Capital took out their £65m loan from MSD Holdings to finance the buy out and currently pay only interest – at 8 per cent – on it. The full amount is due to be repaid in 2025. That is £5.2m each year or £21m interest they will have paid. You can buy Pride Park for that and have your own car space!

Appleby's tenure was not a success and we were not run in a fiscally prudent way, here are the numbers
2008 a year when we received a parachute payment - Profit of £1.76million
    2009  Loss of £14.9 million
    2010 Loss of £2.16 million
    2011 Loss of £7.67 million
    2012 Loss of £7.93 million
    2013 Loss of £7.06 million
    2014 Loss of £7.04 million
    2015 Loss of £10.06 million
So in total during Appleby's leadership there were cumulative losses of £55 million, how is that the best financial health of the Rams in the modern era?
GSE pulled out because they wouldn't or couldn't keep bank rolling the losses and if El Presidente Sam Rush, (who sacked the manager who reduced the payroll by over 60% and signed some outstanding players for peanuts) ever gets near the club again he would probably complete the destruction of the club.

Instead of repeating silly rumours why do you not actually try and do a bit of fact finding yourself?
The administrators released an update at the end of May which clearly detailed their fees to date and they were nowhere near £8m.
Not sure how you can expect the rest of your post to be taken seriously when you post nonsense like that.

No thanks. Warnock is presently under investigation for demanding payments off players to play them, and with previous, it looks unlikely he'll be so lucky with the result this time.

You've got the money, it's stuck in cyberspace, or going through checks and you know for certain it is legit, why not go to MSD Holdings and say can I have a £21m loan for a week, and here's my plane as collateral? It would probably have lost him £200,000, but saves the deal, our club and his reputation?

Some sources are saying exclusivity has ended, others aren’t. Wouldn’t exactly be hard to come out with a statement confirming or denying it, and giving reasoning. When there’s this much rumour about, it doesn’t help to be radio silent.
Wont happen of course, as Quantuma’s communication is nothing short of shambolic.

£20m is not an unrealistic amount for the ground.
The amount for the creditors is already defined if we want to avoid a points deduction.
Ashley just wants us on the cheap.
