What you are suggesting regarding those corporations, it's classed as tax avoidance, and while it's very unpalatable, it's not illegal.
What Mr Morris chose to do was to withhold tax payments that were legally due.... bad enough, he then made the conscious decision to dump the circa £29m HMRC debt into administration. Appalling behaviour in my opinion.

europia reacted to atherstoneram in -15 points on exiting administration??
HMRC have a big say as to a company wanting to exit administration, the club has to satisfy HMRC as well as the EFL. The HMRC have their own rules for the club to adhere to not just the EFL.
And as you keep repeating something is better than nothing but for them to accept something it has to be acceptable to them, they don't have to or will accept just any offer.

FIFA? No thanks. Just remind me how Russia and Qatar were 'selected' to host the world cup ? ? ?

The maverick approach to the clubs finances is unforgivable. The previous DCFC owner opted to not pay HMRC, racking up a debt of almost £30m, which he then dumped into administration. I find that highly offensive. I have run a company and always paid the tax due, whether I agreed with the taxation policy or not. No doubt most, if not all Rams fans have to pay their taxes. As well as the financial shambles he chose to make an enemy of the EFL, then left the battlefield. That act in itself has a significant bearing on todays problems. Everyone makes mistakes, but they shouldn't be confused with conscious decisions made by people who know exactly why and what they are doing.
