It's so compelling watching how these geniuses put together the songs I've grown up listening to.
And then there's the awkwardness of this other person, always there, just watching, vacant expression, contributing nothing...
Suppose them drums weren't gonna play themselves though eh?

I really can’t see the majority of the public not spending time with family for two Christmases in a row
Sounds lovely to me. Most of my family have spent the last two years telling me what a good job Boris is doing so if the PM instructs me to lock them out it's only correct that I comply. Merry Xmas x ??

I know there will be no sympathy here and the advice will be go see a doctor
Go get an X-Ray. I smashed my thumb and I knew it was broken but I ignored it for 6 months. Eventually I got it x-rayed and I'd snapped the corner off the big ball and socket joint. It's healed in really weird way and apparently I'll never be able to play cricket again which is great but you might not be so lucky. Ring them duckers at the GP get an appointment and get that x rayed.

I know you have a deep seated aversion to turkey @David but I urge you to try one of these. I get the fact it can be dry if cooked wrong but this cooked in some kind of stock/sauce makes it almost impossible for it to be dry. I cooked it in cider and Jack Daniels.
Twas very nice if I do say so myself.
Turkey cooked in cider and Jack?! I'll have David's portion as well then - sounds mega that does.

Two Chickens at the Parsnip house.
Boxing day at the mother in laws will as usual be turkey, cooked until it has the texture of mdf.
Tbf turkey is perfectly edible. Just needs smothering in gravy. If it was cheap I'd understand why people have it instead of just cooking as many chickens as you need - but it's weirdly expensive.
I'm hungry now.

I can't remember the last time I sat down to a family movie with my kids that didn't involve parental death.

I'm seeing the weekend in with a couple of remixes. (Proper earworm this one!)
The energetic Katy Perry gets the treatment here...

so after each tournament we don't win we should sack the manager?
I always thought we should change manager after every tournament regardless of how far we get. 2 year contracts, one tournament per manager. We'd get some quality Premier league managers wanting their turn between jobs. Everyone could have a go then and it'd be all or nothing for them.

Matlock Farm Park is lovely but very expensive for what it is.

This team would go down even if we hadn’t been deducted any points. Years of poor recruitment and poor managerial appointments catches up with you eventually.
10 minutes ago I'd have agreed with you.
