I can imagine there’ll be a big surge of people who don’t want to miss out tomorrow and Sunday. I’m still debating driving down from Edinburgh for the day.

Debating? Or seeking permission? 

I doubt many of us will have seen a day like it. Playoff finals, home semi finals, the Palace promotion game, none of them will compare to this would be my guess!

I’d much rather sell the likes of knight and buchanan over festy and sibley. In my opinion we’ve seen the peak of knight and Buchanans powers at Derby and although they contribute a lot if we were to get a few million for each of them then that’s a good amount to help save the club in the short term. Festy however is one that can explode into a beast of a player if he can improve his final product. Therefore giving us 10-15m down the line. Plus, if we do have to resign ourselves to relegation then I’d much rather do that watching exciting prospects like him. 
 
Also very pleasing that he himself turned down the red poo down the road.

The interview with the chap from Radio Teeside was what angered me so much last night. Their whole attitude of 'it's not our problem' absolutely stinks. Boro are now up there with Forest and Leeds for me. This should never be forgotten. The Wycombe case is laughable and they have got no chance of anything other than a minor out of court agreement

If he’s so concerned for our welfare then why doesn’t he drop the case and start it up again when we’re out of admin if hers so sure he’s going to win anyway? Both he and Gibson are absolute chancers who have no regard for this clubs welfare and they don’t even have the decency to admit it.

Exactly. And according to Quantuma, EFL may be acting against statute. Either way it's immoral. 

My contention about the EFL's position is that just because Boro and Wycombe are football clubs it shouldn't mean that they should be treated as Football Creditors in respect of these claims. 
The Football Creditor rule was designed to protect players wages and transfer fees owed to other clubs, not to protect non-debts. The EFL appear to think that any sums claimed by another club should override actual debts owed to charities, local authorities and local traders - it's a bunch of elitists protecting an elite to the detriment of ordinary people. It's shameful. 

What’s there to stop Ashley in these talks saying something along the lines of, “I’m going to be taking them over at some point soon. Either back off with these ridiculous claims now or have to pay out later down the line when I counter sue the duck out of you”?

I don’t believe this is the fault of the administrators. They’ve not been the most transparent admittedly but as Owen Bradley alluded to, this is purely the fault of the efl ‘moving the goalposts’ just as we were ready to move forward.
