Why do I get this feeling that it will 2 hours of recapping what we already know with nothing new to report?
The cynic in me feels it’s the radio equivalent of click bait to get us all to tune in. Unless there are some developments today, that they may expand upon, I’ll probably give it a miss.

The interview with the chap from Radio Teeside was what angered me so much last night. Their whole attitude of 'it's not our problem' absolutely stinks. Boro are now up there with Forest and Leeds for me. This should never be forgotten. The Wycombe case is laughable and they have got no chance of anything other than a minor out of court agreement

Which other clubs will catch on and make a claim (or is that too late in our case?). But the EFL are aware of this possibility their statement suggests as much.

Why isn’t Gibson going after Villa too then? Same season, same claim.
He’s purposely going after Derby because of Morris, is it really worth liquidating a club for the gate receipts of two play off games?
The EFL need to learn from this and stop clubs overspending and getting away with it through promotion.

My opinion on the new details: 
EFL are trying to save face while continuing to show strength. 
 
To note: I am still working under the impression, the EFL do not have jurisdiction to impose a demand to settle any random claims that aren’t official creditors. So, they continue to push a demand they can’t legally enforce. However: 
The recent list of ‘how to resolve these claims’ gives one new option that I think is the save-face option to get a sale done: ‘take on liability and resolve after exiting admin.’
Of course these claims shouldn’t even be a barrier, and the EFL should not be demanding anything in this regard. However, this option will give any bidder a relatively safe path to buying the club. 
 
Why safe? Because as rightly pointed out numerous times, Boro/Wycombe/etc have zero evidence to prove the claims of monies owed by Derby. And I would be surprised if a court would even hear the case  
So, while a headache for any new owner, it’s more of a task item needing checked off vs a real threat. 
 
Hopefully I’m reading that correctly, and this new ‘out’ will help sort a PB in short order. 
 

Strangely this isn't something I have any concern about.
He's done a fine job but if (big if) Everton came in then it's a few million in the bank and Wassall is already on our payroll.

Sat here in bits again. My dad is really really ill and his bad days seem to coincide with bad news Derby days. He is Derby through and through and I'm not sure he understands or is aware of the off the field stuff now but I know later watching those goals on Quest with him how he will light up as little else makes him do now. That is why we have to save our club. It is not about amortisation, stadium sales, law suits, points deductions, etc. it is about watching those goals with my dementia-ridden dad and seeing his happiness for a few minutes later knowing we're off the bottom. The wonder of dementia is he will have forgotten tomorrow so we can do it all again several times. So duck the EFL, Morris, Gibson and the nobody chancer from Wycombe. We are better people than all of you and how dare you threaten the existence of our Derby family.
