BucksRam got a reaction from I know nuffin in The Administration Thread
I agree - the wording of these things has been telling and like you rightly say, nothing about ongoing discussions, still working hard to agree etc. On the final steps is good IMO - just dotting the i's and crossing the t's. And publicly thanking Q, Mel, MSD etc is good too, and shows everyone's likely (at last) playing ball.
Many will be shouting for details (and yes, that'd be great) but for me, we're still alive.

That fact that tables such as this exist says it all: https://www.gunviolencearchive.org/reports/mass-shooting More than 200 incidents THIS YEAR ALONE and it's not even June.
Things will only change if influential politicians kids or family are killed so they are personally affected - it's been going on for years now. Geldof wrote the song "I don't like Mondays" based on a similar incident in 1979, over 40 years ago and here we still are.

"We've done this". Another telling choice of words. Wouldn't be saying that if we still had blocks in the way.

Saw this myself a few mins ago - my thought is it's a positive update and at least he's proactively come out and given us something albeit looks like we go another weekend without finalisation. It'll stop me refreshing all evening and over the weekend.

On the contrary, I think that sounds relatively positive.

No, I got the feeling that they weren't the only ones. Barnsley's CEO was very vocal, for one, as was Lansdown at Bristol and Preston (ironically). The reported bleating from some of them about Quantuma not accepting derisory bids for some of our players in January didn't go down well here either. We certainly won't forget it.

Fair enough, one person’s snitch is another’s whistle blower. Can understand you being hacked off with anyone who you thought has it in for the club.

Thanks for replying though, appreciate that. I still don't agree with people telling tales which obviously is just my opinion and how I saw it. Still do. All water under a bridge now of course.

Only one of the best breast strokers ever. He's very popular!

Not challenging the ‘poo stirring’ accusation I see. Suppose you can’t argue with the truth!

BucksRam got a reaction from Jackal in The Administration Thread
Pretty sure we all know he'll say nothing. It's just yet another example of the poo stirring done by people wanting clicks and appearance money, including shows like Radio Derby. Nothing's changed, It was independently valued. If MM chooses to sell for less, that's his prerogative. Maguire, IMO is a professional poo stirrer. I bet when he was a kid he'd be the one, hand in the air "Miss! Miss! Johnny just copied Stevie's answers, I saw him. He's been doing it for months...you should look at all his tests for that time....."

BucksRam got a reaction from Dordogne-Ram in Said no Derby fan ever
I love Steve Gibson - a picture of whom I have over my bed so I go to sleep inspired to kick a man when he's down.
I love that guy at Wycombe, Cou-what's-his-face - he's a mentor to me on how to cadge a ride
I love Nottingham Forest - what a city, what supporters, just....wow
I love the EFL; the way they apply their rules, sorry guidelines, and their guidelines, sorry rules when it suits them fills me with pleasure every time a decision is made....eventually.
I love Rick Parry - a man I look up to as a model of integrity and compassion, serving his members selflessly. Love you Rick.
I love Mel - he's taught me everything I know about suckering people in believing something incredible is about to happen only to leave them empty and beaten. An ethos I live by every day. Thanks Mel.

Hey B4 the point of the thread is to say things a Derby fan would never say. So the reverse is what is really meant. Saying no pleasure in seeing Notts Forest suffer really means it gives us great pleasure. And saying B4 lacks passion really means completely the opposite. It's a compliment buddy! No-one would say you lack passion ?
