Obviously always want England to do well but kinda want to see us absolutely flop so Southgate goes. Such negative football.

Maguire, Philips, Dier, Gallagher, James (Mr Sicknote)? Mount's done little this season, nor has Henderson. So predictable, so boring.
What about Tomori, Ben White, Solly March, Watkins....even Ben Mee who has been exceptional.

BucksRam got a reaction from Jubbs in Watchable telly
I really enjoyed it, not least the human aspect as there's actually less beasties in it as you'd think - it's not "zombie" TV. I've played the game though and it was very true to that, even with one or two "side stories" which also get referenced in the game. My wife, who hasn't played the game (or any computer games for that matter) liked it too. Conversely a mate of mine didn't enjoy it at all and said he found it too slow and a bit weird - he's never played the game. Bella Ramsey and Pedro Pascal's acting / chemistry was, I thought excellent. Gabriel Luna, as Tommy is also excellent and just like his character in the game - perfectly cast. It's already been renewed for season 2 - and, having also played The Last of Us Part II I think season 2 could be even more emotional and pretty hard-hitting, especially if they follow that closely too.
Personally I'd give it a go, not least I always like to make my own mind up about things. If you hate it - my bad. If you don't, you're welcome.

I haven't seen it, indeed I didn't even know it existed. I probably won't either because absurdly talented, good-looking and successful people are annoying bar-stewards ?

Did you watch "the making of" programme after Yellowstone - Taylor Sheridan is one talented guy - writer and actor. The attention to detail, the need for all the actors to go on intensive horsemanship training, the authenticity of the clothes, wagons etc. It's no wonder Yellowstone, 1883 and 1923 are all so good.

My loyalty to this forum answers your first query mate! ?In truth, I probably average about 3 hours sleep a night so I have too much spare time on hands!
I do feel for the Italians. They've put it up to every side they've faced at points during their games to date, but went missing at just the wrong time. This will have hurt them more than any hammering they've taken over the years as they did more than enough to win the game even accounting for unlucky bounces and some idiosyncratic refereeing. They are improving at a rate of knots now though and with quite a few talented young players, they could surprise one or two next season. Just praying we're not won of them as I don't think they've ever beaten us.

Still pretty eloquent and he's pretty much nailed it there, but I'm guessing he had a fair few when he recorded that ?

Are you a masochist? I don't think I ever want to see it again. That said, if you want to see the perfect side play almost perfect rugby then watching France yesterday would be it.
Gutted about Italy. They did some very good stuff but genuinely seemed terrified of the try line. They left at least 4 tries out there. It was bizarre.

Just back from my usual pub seat watching what can only be described as an embarrassment. Boys against men. France were brilliant, England were all over the place and clueless. Honestly I can't see where an improved performance is coming from. We even debated cancelling our table for next week's game as honestly can't see anything but the same result.
To top it all off my best mate got a call after the fame say his father in law had suddenly died. His wife took the call whilst out for dinner with their 12 yr old daughter. He was due to fly up to EDH Friday as they have tickets for next week's game at Murrayfield. Crap doesn't even begin to describe it ?

will the weather play a part at Billy Williams' cabbage patch tomorrow?
dank, wet and cold.....of lore a day for a trundling england pack and the boot of rob andrew......
interesting to see SB trying something a bit different at 9,10,12. It's not THAT different and there's a view that the big french lads could run over smith. Difficult to call result for me if the weather comes into play.
i hadnt heard about Capuozzo, but a great shame. Italy have performed better than their results so far. It can only be good for the tournament if there are 6 genuinely competitive teams in the 6N.
Im looking for the scots to prevail against the irish - especially after hearing the targeting of the italian. Distasteful.

Cue the big lad putting both centres on their arses with 4 metre side-steps, then a 40 yard line break with a splashdown under the sticks.
Honestly, I'd wear the price of a Twickers ticket all day to see that ?

We've had some great (consistent) performances in the side but he's the stand out. If we hadn't had him.....

About time - we really need to try something else. I really hope Smith pulls it out of the bag. Pleased to see Genge has got the armband - he deserves it. Be good to see Arundell given a proper go as I think he has so much to offer. Disappointed not to see Val Rapava-Ruskin and expect Mako to lumber on for the last 10-15 mins, do some deft flicks, roll around a bit and not do much more than that*.
Will we win? If I recall France haven't won at Twickers for over 15 years, and that was by a point I think, but I look at their squad and if they turn up, I think we're in trouble. Very much hope I'm wrong.
*watch him score a winning try now

BucksRam got a reaction from Dordogne-Ram in V Plymouth (a) 7th March 20.00
Problem is most are ex players who did exactly what we're watching. I've lost count of the amount of times Smith, Neville...any of them for that matter, despite watching replays where a player has clearly dived, or made no contact still say crap like there's enough there for the ref to blow. It's a game for cheats. It's what it's become sadly.

9 penalties conceded. I would say at least half of those were debatable from memory, prob more. Today's was 100% not a pen but a bookable dive. The fact the ref apologised is simply not good enough. If he had a doubt then play on. These decisions change games, as it did today. Shockingly poor but as per, no-one suffers other than Derby.
