Fortunately, most of us don't have as much time on our hands as Ian J Redfern et al, and will be a bit more, well, chilled.

Well actually there was an uplift wasnt there…. Quite an epic one which at one point had us all dreaming of catching the running away with it top 2 
but then the toils of having the smallest squad in the league took its toll

managers always talk about having a tight knit squad so iv no problem with him going down that route

It comes down to trust. If you can trust Clowes and Warne to know what they are doing then it will all come good.

For what its worth i think 2m is a good price taking everything into consideration
1.5m and its lile meh … could be worse could be better anything north of 2m in my book is good going.

I agree, happy to be patient and see who we add provided the club’s best interests are being considered (which I think it’s clear, from how David Clowes talks, is the case). 
He says we’ve got a competitive budget, he knows what’s been agreed with the EFL, I trust him to run the club well and as much as I like the excitement of silly season I’ll gladly wait to see who we sign and how the team plays as a result.

Didn't do anything last season that would make me disapointed if we lost him for a couple of million. But he has potential and had some good performances in the Champ, rather have lads here on top of their game to get us out of this division in all honesty.
