I believe with players like Bin Naeem and Moore, compensation would be due if they were to be poached as they are “pathway players”. With the fact they are both already on the verge of the first team at 16, we are probably alright for a while.
Bin Naeem completed his first century for the seconds today. I'd love to see him get a go somewhere in these last 4 games.
 

I would play him in the remaining 4 day games and get him signed up on a long contract. I bet Notts and the like are already sniffing around.

It's good to have so many impressive youngsters coming through. I just hope that we can hold on to most of them.

A match-winning 63 not out from Matt Lamb, how I wish we had more opportunity to see that this season. Hopefully his back problems are behind him, but I thought I saw a few suspicious stretches and winces during his innings. Maybe im just being paranoid…
