25 years ago, 7 match ban and warned about my future conduct, No "knob ed" 4th goal went in from Sunderland lost 0-5,  Lionel Pickering said on the day..."if Derby fans want to moan then go and watch Forest"

    What's a true fan?

Andi Peters on the right there gripping you up Alf ! He`s having a wry smile at your pleas of mitigation ? Realistically , we`re all on the pitch after the Cardiff game , whatever the outcome,  but we need to stay off till then cos we ain`t got the money to pay the fines , fans have been awesome this season , just like Rooney and the players , proud to be a Ram , we`ll fight to the end , COYRs

Some people behave like they're playing Cards Against Humanity for real or take their social media persona into real life. It shouldn't be down to other fans to police it though, the Stewards should be spotting and hoiking them out.

Good post Crewton , but fellow Rams carry more weight than stewards , self policing is the real deal , the spirit amongst our fans is great at the moment , let`s keep it going , if we go down {we will} let`s show the world we stand for something worthwhile , from 1884 to 2021 , We Are Derby  , Super Rams

  3. Showing my age here , but i went to Leicester for the last away game of the 74/75 season , i was 12 yrs old and not the brightest , Derby scarves on my wrist , belt and neck in true 1970s fashion , i went straight through the first turnstile i saw , whoops , home end , chased back over the turnstile by the local meatheads , went round to the away end , turnstiles closed , too full , mooched around during the game , then squeezed in for the last 15 minutes when they opened the gates to let people out , can remember the Leeds home FA cup game that season , losing 1-0 , Nish own goal i think , then being on the popside for the Carlisle game , on the pitch to celebrate winning the league at the end , and taking a bit of the penalty spot home

In the West End of Derby lived a working man,

That`s  brilliant Joe , never heard the song or the related stories , we`ll win it for Charlie Hudson tomorrow , i`m going route one anyway "Andy Reid`s got an ugly monkeys heed , an ugly monkeys heed , an ugly monkeys heed"

This is one moaner, Derby 0 Sunderland 4...Lionel Pickering said "All those Derby fans that moan go and support those down the A52", Lionel you should never have said that to Derby fans, When the 4th goal went in I was pissed off, So I walked onto the pitch threw my Season ticket away and was aiming for the West Stand Directors Seats, Unfortunately as you see I was pulled up before I could finish what I started.

Any free parking near the ground like side streets ? Just asking for a friend thank you.

Alvaston Park off London Rd has a free car park , you`d be coming of Raynesway to Blue Peter end of Alvo , right towards the ground/town , it`s a right turn off there b4 you get to the big Wickes/YMCA roundabout , then walk along the river brings you out behind DW , i always got away quick after games when i parked there

Now then ladies and gentleman... firstly I hope you are all well and secondly sorry for the mother of rants which is about to unfold...

As some may be aware from the ‘new parents’ thread I made last year I am lucky enough to now be the father of the most incredible little lady this planet has ever seen, also from that thread some of you may be aware that the pregnancy wasn’t all plain sailing.

Unfortunately neither does the living side seem to be. Our daughter had corrective surgery to save her life at 1 day old... in the next 44 days before coming home she would go on to have 5 collapsed lungs, 2 cardiac arrests, 1 blood transfusion, 7 ventilations, 2 more surgeries and numerous amount of pain relief/medication.

last Friday though everything was brilliant and me and my wife were finally able to bring her home... the next few days were the best of my life and something that we were robbed of for the first month and a half of her life, we had numerous visitors and for to introduce her to her family.

on Tuesday we went to the park with our other daughter as quite understandably she was quite overwhelmed and a bit jealous about her new little sister... whilst at the park I was feeding Clara-Leisa who subsequently stopped breathing and vomited blood through her mouth and nose. I had to do CPR in the middle of the park on her as the air ambulance (absolutely amazing) and 2 road ambulances turned up.

Thankfully I managed to get her breathing again and the incredible paramedics and drs kept her going and she’s on the mend.

i don’t really know the purpose of this post but just felt it would possibly help to have a Release.

photo’s included of how she is today as I realise what I’ve written is traumatic and we could be a lot worse...

She`s a cute little Rammette m8 ! Nearly kissing the badge already , Hope she overcomes the health problems and takes the world by storm , this thread puts the Rams disasters into perspective , respect to all of you for sharing and supporting each other , let`s Ram it up them Terriers today and put smiles on all our faces COYRs

  9. Loved your book Ryan , a great adventure for you as a fan , resulting in a brilliant read for all Derby fans , would ask Igor , did he have any needle with our Italian contingent ? I remember the odd comment by him and Asa in interviews , may just have been banter , and is he a Hadjuk Split fan , having started and finished his playing career with them , think he managed them , or did he support someone else growing up ?
