Well earned point battled for everything and to think Bielik and knight still to come back.

Heads did not go down and we did not buckle. Does this mean that the players who did this have gone or have we turned it around.

Actually let me amend that, Kelle Roos is our best player this season after dropping the F bomb on Radio Derby
I thought that was Dutch speak.

Sad to say that Florist are the strongest team in our league, holding the others up. Should be good time to meet them.

Fair result against Martial Arts 11. Need to be more clinical. Need Colin back. We have some backbone now. We would normally lose a game like this. So good point

The space that Morrison finds himself in is second to none. I don’t remember the last player we had that was this willing to find some space and get on the ball wherever he can. Dictating the game here ?
The freebies have added so much to the squad. Well done Wayne.

Giving away too many free kicks for my liking.

Shinnie doing what he does best today. This is a good team that we have now. Another 8 signings and top six finish

With so many ex Derby players now playing on the championship what is the best team that they could form and could we beat that team.
Hamer, Bogle, Pearce. Keogh. Malone, Evans, Huddlestone,, Weimann, Martin, Bennett, Waghorn.
subs - Whitaker, Lowe, Wilson, Johnson, Paterson
How much did we pay for these players and how.much did we get for them. Ouch. How many would we take on a free now. Weimann has been very good for Bristol City.

Wayne has had an unbelievable amount of experience in one season. He has weathered it well imo.

I think this is all about negotiations, my thoughts are that they are negotiating a penalty that we will agree to not appeal as both parties want to put an end to this. I am expecting a 3-6 point deduction maybe some of it suspended based on failing to file accounts, little bit of FFP, failing to pay bills. Things put together that we will accept.
3 points now plus 3 points if we win the Prem. Half decent offer imo. The boring farce of this is why in the world it has taken so long to sort it out. Surely it was stuck down the back of the filing cabinet until we retained our championship status. It is like the slow bicycle race with stabilisers on the bikes

Did very well at forest. Highly regarded at utd. Probably about 10 clubs at this level in for him. Doubt very much we can get him but maybe rooney is calling in a favour. Hope so.
Win the next two games and it may look slightly more interesting to him.

Sometimes a manager will stumble on a winning formula where the players just naturally play as a team. This .at well have happened or Wayne has been playing it in preseason but now the players have signed for us.

Oh yeah, I should have said I figured that's what you meant at the time but I get people's confusion. Even then I think how we are setting up now more readily allows him to go both narrow and has the felixibility to come short or spin in behind.
I've been thinking about that one because I agree although I thought both grew into it after a little lull. My guess is that Rooney felt like he needed to preserve the legs of the fullbacks and therefore get the width a little bit more from Sibley and Jozwiak.
Whatever it is, it looks like a football team with purpose and skill. The shackles appear to have come off. They look inventive and excited about playing.big game tomorrow. If we can win the game through skill and good finishing then we may well have turned the corner at last. If we deal with the crosses and we do not get intimidated then good times are ahead
