Sexydadbod reacted to Mostyn6 in Depression, anxiety, stress and other related issues
no problem, but trust me, reading some of the posts in this thread has helped me come on leaps and bounds, and quite selfishly, cos it perhaps feels somewhat inappropriate, I haven't credited those that bared their personal issues for helping me deal with mine. There are plenty though, from the communicating side of things, to lifestyle, diet, medication, exercise etc etc

if there's one thing you should know, you should never feel like your own feelings, if though you perhaps cannot explain and understand them, are irrelevant on the basis of comparison.
The whole reason I started this thread was because I was consumed and confused. Consumed by a heavy sadness, and confused as to why, when I have no relative reason (compared to others).
It became apparent from this thread that there is a massive spectrum from being aware you feel a bit low, to being on the brink of suicide, and beyond.
I cannot tell you what to do, and I cannot and will not tell you to ignore your feelings, but one or two things I will advise, take an hour and read through this thread, it will amaze you what you relate to and what you pick up. I will also say, talk to someone, anyone, it doesn't matter who, just saying it will be massively therapeutic and will trigger the recovery (or dealing with) process. Also, if weights aren't working, change the exercise for something else, if you're in a rut or regime, you won't feel a sense of achievement and a challenge.
All said and done mate, you are not alone in your feelings. You never will be. Hope things improve for you, and if you ever want to PM me, please do so. I have PMd others off the back of this thread, and it helped me, and others have PMd me, and I sincerely hope just talking helped them.

Fosu Mensah would be someone I'd be looking to get in on loan. We are a bit fragile at rb,cb and cdm and Mensah can play all 3 positions at a very high level.

I have been in touch with one and she is flying out to stay with me in a couple of weeks.
She has had some terrible luck with her small-business start up in Hong Kong, although its better now since I transferred the £10,000 she asked for. I was going to get her a ticket to see the Sheffield Wed game with me, but my e-mails keep bouncing back. Hope she has paid her internet/phone bill.

Don't apologise to him, on the bright side his knob looks massive half the time.

Joey Barton looks like his about to get the boot from Rangers. It's reported in "The Telegraph"
I hope we don't miss another opportunity to sign this fella.

The gripe I had was the judges, and so-called pundits at Sky, had Brook winning the flight.
I thought Brook edged the second round, but there is no possible way that Brook came out on top in both the first and third rounds after being rocked by numerous power punches.
Golovkin's style is to walk forward, absorb punches and give it back tenfold.
I heard few say he looked sluggish due to a lack of head movement. Have these people ever seen Golovkin fight? The guy's style is to walk forward and ride punches with a high guard.
Too many expecting him to be a 175 power puncher and Floyd Mayweather's defensive movement mixed into one. The guy is human, not some super fighting robot.
Carl Froch came out and said on that performance he'd beat Golovkin. Why even say that? He'd never even make 172 nowadays let alone the 168 super middle weight.
Golovkin is a 160 king. I can't see him moving up beyond 168.
Froch also used to complain about making the 168 weight. I never saw him brave enough to move up to 175, instead he shouts out how he'd beat fighters weighing 160. What an idiot...

Lets see the situation with Ulloa in Jan , can only see him playing the odd cup game for them now , with recent signings he must be 5th choice for them now . Would be my choice for Martins replacement

Annoys me a bit how it feels time is moving so fast. I still struggle to believe kids born in 2000 have left now left school, to me they're still under12, wtf. I remember those years on the game console constantly avoiding gamer tags with birth dates 2000 or over because they'd be annoying pre pubical children.I also can't believe it's been nearly 10 years the play off season. Seems like yesterday that Pearson got that winner

Clickbait journalism.

THREE players Derby County should sign from ARSENAL this...
THIS player linked with move away...
I absolutely hate it and will not read anything from sites that do it.

It's not random, it is annoying, and I'm sure I've mentioned it before, but two words.
Colin Gibson.
Why? What is his purpose?
I've just watched his interview with Thorne, who seemed delighted to be the latest subject of a Col grilling.
'Tell me George, what's the purpose of the compression boot you're wearing, and do you use those crutches to support your weight after your double leg break'?
'The boot keeps the harmful effects of the sun off my leg Gibbo, and saves a few quid on the factor 30. As for the crutches, I use them to swing past dogshit I might otherwise stand in'.
'What of the pool Thorney, is that useful in your recovery?'
'Not really Col, it's just easier to pee in there than have to unfold the snake while balancing on one leg. Shouldn't you be asking me if my recovery has been aided by Mel's massive investment?'
Even Keogh is better at interviews than him.

Those were the good old days. 1 hour revision, 1 hour campaign mission was what I followed . Getting Cod 4 the Christmas it was released was not a very good idea in hindsight with my exams later that school year, although I still did very well in mine so it didn't really impact it too much thankfully

I did zero revision for my GCSE's. I missed a lot of school due to health issues and still came out with 4 B's and 4 C's.

That's because the government told them not to but the BBC guidelines say to call organisations by the name they identity themselves as. In order not to piss off Cameron they now say So Called IS. They're so **** scared of being financially penalised they'll do whatever they're told to.

Fury is definitely an actor. He really knows his division. He does plenty of homework. He's like Mourinho... doesn't always believe what he's saying and says stuff for attention.
He talked himself to a World Championship fight. He's not the prettiest or most powerful boxer. But he's huge and that obviously causes problems on its own. Without him finding ways to disrupt you.
I find it surprising that he's expected to win again v Klitshcko. I can see him winning but I can see him getting beat just as easily.
While nobody has exploited Joshua's weakness (unless you count his loss of composure v Whyte in a personal affair) these top guys will want to fight him as they'll want to take him into late rounds.
Parker v Takam is for a mandatory shot at the IBF next January. So Joshua v Parker next Jan? Other heavy weights are busy over the next couple of months. Only really leaves September to fight a big name?

The heavyweight division look very exciting. I'd like to see Joshua v Deontay Wilder, the battle of the Olympians. Would be one hell of a fight

Awww mate. When Joshua gets to that level it will be the greatest.
Wilder is ironically wild. He's not a round by round fighter and neither is Joshua. Two blokes who have really blown the heavyweight division up. Knock out artists.
I just hope AJ doesn't take it too soon. Wilder needs to come through Povetkin first.
AJ can pick his fights now. Everyone sees his lack of rounds and his 0 as a carrot. They'll fancy their chances in the latter rounds.
Ideally Parker would drum up enough interest to get AJ. Also Whyte could give him rounds again.
Wach is out there some where.
AJ is on a very difficult situation now as he's destroyed his way to the elite level.
With Hughey Fury they are building him. AJ has too much power to build slowly.
Now he finds himself under the radar of Fury and Co. Fury isn't the idiot he pretends to be. He knows his division. He's a proper student.
AJ now needs to tread carefully.
Really disappointed with Martin. AJ got nothing from that except a bigger target on his back
