Boro will never go to court. I doubt they will even go to EFL arbitration. They are looking for a "settlement" and are using delay to try to extort a settlement. If they form the view that a settlement is virtually impossible, they will drop the claim and try to claim some high ground saying they are helping a fellow club in distress.
In the meantime they will stay schtum.

I’d bet good money that even if we’re liquidated and came back as a new entity we still make it to the Prem before Burton, Wednesday and F*****, rent free in all their heads.

on you last point you do realise that the number of REAL anti vaxxers is tiny and most people would be very happy if there was open debate , research and information which helped to make the vaccines as safe as they can be , there really is a difference between anti vaxxers and people with concerns about the new covid vaccines and they’re frequency of needing to be taken ??‍♂️

This is it for us i feel, if this gets rejected its EFL headquarters for a proper protest the only way! I can't see them agreeing they've made it clear how much they want to punish us as a club and city.

So much ammo to take both of them to court I really do hope this ends them, clearly conspiring to get us liquidated and they’re meant to protect their members. 

Fair play to Morris, he has caused this mess which is well documented, regardless of his intentions. However he is finally calling the bluff of the chancers involved, saying “come on, let’s focus on your issues with me and let the club be”. I think I just found a teeny tiny spark of respect somewhere in the void…
