Although likely b*******, we've been mentioned alongside Bolton in pursuit of Carlos Borges. He's supposedly been to see Moor Farm today, again, unsubstantiated internet nonsense. 
With that being said, however, I would be absolutely delighted if it turns out to be the case. Not if he goes Bolton, of course, that would be s****. 

It does look a bit "wrong" if we exit admin and then start chucking money around. There will be people and businesses who potentially could have lost everything due to losing out on money owed by the club.
For me, it wouldn't sit right for us to have debts reduced and removed by the amin process and the "so many pence in the pound" exit procedure, only to then "find" money for transfer fees.
There has to be a balance in the process, which we see with the wages we can offer to attract players like NML, Didzy, Collins, Barks, Smith and others who would be good signings for teams in the league above.
We knew it would be a long, often hard, process to rebuild the club, over a course of years not months.
Bizarrely I quite like the fact we cant pay excess wages and transfer fees, as let's be honest it's what got us in the problem in the first place.

The business plan shouldn't be a punishment, it should ensure that we don't get in trouble again, which I fully understand and agree with. What I don't agree with is, the extra controls within the business plan. It is scandalous and has no merit that we can't spend part of our budget on transfer or loan fees. 100k spent on a transfer fee doesn't cost the club more than 100k spent on players' wages and doesn't have any more detrimental affect on the business, which is after all, the purpose of the business plan.

tbh id have waghorn back as he can play in all the attacking positions. Work horse and strong. Sure hes getting on abit but you know what youll get with him. In this league he'd prob do really well . Also the style of play is better for him

Signing loads of players in a January window doesn’t always bring improvement. 

Well when asked he said hopefully 1 in this week but not sure, but 1 is really close, so yes I would expect that is the same player but could well be someone else....he did also go onto say if we get 1 in great, 2 in amazing, 0 he wont be down as happy with the current group, that last bit also was in relation to a player coming in before next week

I can understand why there is a rule in place but maybe it should be that the player cant play for the same level of club more than twice.
For example, Oko-Flex, West Ham (Prem), Swansea (Champ) so he can play for another club at any level.
Similar to Cosgrove, Birmingham (Champ) & Plymouth (League 1).
If it was a Champ club to another, then another so he played for 3 teams all in the same league then that makes sense.
