Lots of clubs allowing walk up. We don't.
I checked some recent EFL minutes with Supporters Groups and they infer that the local council is responsible for rules around admittance during Covid.
Either our council is stricter than others or other clubs are ignoring their council's guidelines. I wish I knew what it is.

I wonder if there’s any other championship club where it’s impossible to get a ticket 2 hours before kick off on match day?
……..and there’s me thinking it’s all about cash flow!

I'd rather look at it another way. Home crowds are increasing game by game. Against Huddersfield there were about 12/13,000 home fans. Now we're up to 18,000. If you discount to zero or count the same number of away fans for the Stoke/Reading games, there was actually a bigger home support for Weds night v Reading than there was a Sat v Stoke, which is remarkable.
On the second point, absolutely. It's much, much better with a smaller crowd of supporting fans than with a larger one which contains thousands of whingers. I'm loving this season so far.

That's it folks! The rain is no more!
I can confirm, the area is now bathed in glorious sunshine!
No more than a paltry 5% chance of perc... precipti... prepc... rain forecast for the remainder of the afternoon/evening.
At a "Feels Like" of 9 deg C at kick off, it is positively shirt sleeve weather!*
Leave your jumpers for goalposts.  Order yourself a nice tall iced Bovril Latte.  Slip on those oh so comfy open-toed sandals (Be proud of only having five toes per foot!).  Wear the black, the white, those disgusting blues, the purples, the pinks (Yes... YOU!)... hey, wear whatever shirt you like, as long as it is Ram flavoured!
It's gonna be one hell of an evening, and we can all be a part of it, like one big happy Ramily. (Did you see what I did there?  I just made that up!  Hope it covers more ground than my "Shrambles" did.  That never caught on, now did it!  Grr!)

Where was I?  ... Oh yeah... See you there, folks!  Enjoy, and Up The Bloody Rams!  ?

Well done @sage on this. If we get a crowd of 20k for a midweek game against Reading I think that's a really positive turnout. They barely bring any on a matchday in normal times, so a midweek, fuel shortage etc, I imagine numbers will be similar to pre-season Real Betis fans!
As an awareness raising campaign and something positive, I think it's been a great idea. I've not listened to/seen any local media so don't know if it's been picked up by them.
There was no way on earth you'd ever fill PPS for this fixture, even if the club was giving tickets away. If we got 20k for Stoke on a Saturday, local game and they sold out their end, and we equal or better that tonight, that's a great effort by Derby fans.

Any campaign that asks supporters to put some extra cash into the club (wether tickets, Rams tv, merchandise, match parking, or just an extra cup of Bovril) is in my opinion a worthy cause and has worked to increase the profile of the next two important home games……..well done Sage.?

Out of interest…………..what stand you sitting in Patrick Rams?

Won’t fill the stadium but the campaign might have had some effect. Even it has only added a couple of thousand then it was well worth it.

Stoke attendance was 20,545. Reading will bring around 1000, and midweek games account for 500 less, add petrol issues and 20k would mean and extra 2 to 3k people. Wanted 5k but it's a start. Hopefully a win and easier ticket access will improve this over time.
