There were hints from admin the other day that him still being there has been a great help, and that without him, the administrators  costs would have been considerably more, as more (admin) staff (and expenses) would have been required, as they would have had to find out what he already knows... sort of thing!
Think it was part of the Q&A's with Rams Trust, but cba to find the link on here.  Sorry!

I don’t think any team would pay more than £500,000 for Beilik till he can prove he has recovered. He won’t get £30k a week anywhere else. And we still owe Arsenal £8 mill for him. Not going in Jan

Whatever this season brings I can’t help but feel all warm and gooey inside every time we kick off.

Bogle and Lowe have long gone but they were a good start. Now, when I see the long long list of youngsters who over the last 12/18 months got a baptism of fire and met it with commitment and skill; I am filled with hope and delight.
so many, even in this short time, have shown they aren’t lightweight kids thrown in to a desperate mincer. They have skill, fortitude and ability. They  have stepped up with ease.
Watson, Williams, Thompson, Knight, Bird, Ebesole, Buchanan, Cashin, Sibley, Stretton. Just look at that list !
Anyone of them can and will wear our shirt and give a good account of themselves. They have reached the mark at a young age. They are at the beginning. At this stage of their development they will only get better .. it’s a heck of a list from one club .. to produce virtually a full team from your own toy box in such a short stretch of time is magical. Manchester United make much of their youth development with 100 x our resources. Rooney, Daz Waz and even Mel must get a salute for being part of this. Then add in Curtis, Fozzy, Colin and Jags .. what great examples they are setting. .. These kids will win something, this year, next year or 5 years down the line.

It may sound strange but I am enjoying this battle against the odds because I am seeing character, courage, growing skills, enthusiasm, pride and sport prowess of the highest order. It is hugely rewarding and just joyful to see it.

I firmly believe we can get 7 points from our next 3 games just because we don’t have back to back games. We have at least 5 days break in between which gives our older players the exact rest they require and also helps us to prepare for games better. Just like the games around Xmas and new year, exactly what we need with more games rest.

Liam Thompson is like one of those terriers you can't shake off ya leg. Keeps nipping away until it's got a piece of you.
When I was watching him on Sunday, it made me think that you could tell he's being trained by an ex-player like Rooney who never shied away from anything.
For me, perhaps one of the best debut's and follow up games I've seen from an academy player and I never thought I'd say that after watching Thompson many times for the U18s.

I don't think the OP intended to ruffle any feathers. His intentions were just to try and get bums on seats and a rallying cry for those that can attend, to get themselves down to PP.
One thing for certain is that we do have great support and after the last two games, I can see PP rocking on Monday night whether we have 20k or 30k watching.
Bloody loud and proud last night and each and everyone played their part. I can't imagine what 6k Leeds fans would have sounded like ?

I think Derby county beat the drop to league one a lot of teams have written us saying we have no chance we just beat bourmonth and drew fulham 0-0 and with pressure off us now the lads looking so more confordance and more than match fulham and we have some winnable games coming up. Next up QPR at home after that Blackpool and then we got Bristol city away. I think we could get at least all 9 points from these games.
And lads are feeding of the us Derby fans louder we are the better theh are playing and putting bodys on the line for us and Derby county. I think teams will be soon looking over shoulders at us.
So I say we help lads avoid the drop to league and really really really upset efl and than banker gibson.
Let's get pp rocking got QPR at home let the QPR players think oh god what has efl done here there fans are sticking by the team and they are not dived but togather standing as one. This not going to be easy one in fact let's make so they dont even want to play but just want QPR players want go stright back home.
Let's our players think oh wow they really really do have our back so lets do this they chant Derby fight till the end and they really really means this.

For the doubters about the academy another 2 young lads have slotted into the first team playing against Bournemouth and Fulham and both did not look out of place, the future via the academy is very bright, guided by the experienced Jags and Curtis and senior players on the pitch.
Cocu was for me should have been the perfect fit for PSVs academy over 5 years made a profit of £100 million pounds on player sales over 5 years and the team won the Dutch league 3 times in that time, sadly for Cocu and his staff it was the wrong time for Derby with the mess we were in,prior to there arrival.

Bald Eagle's Barmy Army reacted to RamsfanJim in Fan-led Review
RamsTrust welcomes the publication of the conclusions from the Fan-Led Review of Football Governance. We contributed both to the recommendations from the Football Supporters’ Association and in-person, presenting to the panel our suggestions and experiences since the formation of the Trust over 19 years ago. We are pleased to see many of our ideas have been incorporated into the proposals.
We welcome the report and recognition of the need for reform of the way football as a whole, and clubs themselves, are run, as Rams fans know only too well.
In particular, we welcome the recommendations to establish an independent regulator and the introduction of a ‘Golden Share’ to be held by the Supporters Trust – to ensure the club cannot make certain key decisions without fans’ agreement. We also welcome the introduction of a ‘Shadow Board’ of supporters which the club is mandated to consult. These are proposals which we have been calling for – particularly in light of events at the club over the past few years. Derby County is specifically mentioned in the report as an example of a poor board structure prior to administration.
These proposals will finally give fans an official voice in the running of their clubs and a formal role for the Trust in protecting the club.
These recommendations will be welcomed by the vast majority of supporters and should help to prevent more clubs in future from facing the same issues we are having now. Whilst this will take some time to be formally brought into legislation and implementation, we can start immediately and a new start for Derby County is the perfect opportunity to make these improvements in the running of the club. As indicated this week by the Administrators, we hope to have the opportunity to begin these discussions with new custodians in the near future.
We look forward to working with the administrators and new custodians of our club to implement these plans at Derby County to ensure a sustainable future for fans and the community.

I know this, because I saw them all with my own eyes, when I took a coachload of uncles, aunts, distant cousins and some neighbours with me, down to Wembley in 2019!  ?
