I think he must have lost too much money. He’s probably a lot less rich than people think now hence putting DCFC in admin.

Could be on minus 15 points. Avoiding relegation may be more realistic.

Thought Thompson was great today. Let’s get as many fans into PP for the final home games

Close matches, small margins. Not played well away but it’s a shocking stat and quite bizarrre to be honest

We’ve not been battered in many of those games. Most of them we’ve been in it, and the result could have easily gone the other way. Today is the same.

These are just junk websites making money off the adverts and the content generated by AI. Half the sentences don't even make sense, also no sources at all!

I think the point is I would and most fans would gladly chomp down a Kentucky Jumbo Corn Dog or Supersize New York whopper Burger at half time if it means we have DCFC to support.
Yeh we should hear from Kirchener soon and fingers crossed a deal gets done!

Crazy difference between home and away this season. Derby have taken 37 points from home matches this season - only 3 points less than the top home side Fulham. Must be a record for a bottom side! Just 12 points away is miserable really. 1 point from last 8 matches away. It's becoming bizarre. I think Derby should just play an attacking style. Swansea concede a fair amount of goals (more than Derby) and Derby desperately need an away win.

This isn’t my tweet, but just wanted to acknowledge its sentiment. I think sometimes the online world and forum’s like this can live in a vacuum somewhat and those who trade in the online world (a la Nixon, Percy, Talksport) end up being king or atleast shape the discussion. This is why we have such a scramble for being the first one to release info and everyone getting over excited.
But behind that, Radio Derby have done a very good job. We’ve not always agreed with them, and they’ve not done everything right imo, but they’ve probably been the most consistent for news and what’s going on. What we thought in September is very different to what we know now and they’ve had to learn and inform as they went along with everyone else. Ed has always been ahead of the news throughout and worked tirelessly to do so. Chris Coles is very highly thought of anyway and has kept the debate sensible. Those Rams Daily podcasts/sportscene has been largely excellent at keeping the fanbase informed. Also the recent reintroduction of Colin Gibson as an experienced media pro has been welcome and a positive move.
Maguire has always been willing to talk, and whilst he’s splits many of us, I do think he’s been doing it to help football fans understand what’s going on. I have to admit my opinion of him has done a complete 180.
So yeah, I just think they deserve a bit of appreciation for the work they’ve put in so far, from somewhere they wouldn’t expect it from.

Speaking so well on MNF. A few takes from it.

    - Out of 5 players contracted beyond this season 2 are options which we cannot take up while in administration.
    - Wants to build a squad at Derby and build over 2-3 years.
    - Wasn't happy how we were playing last season.
    - Wants to play possession based football.
    - Ref Ravel, says he’s been brilliant, when out the team he was great around the dressing room and with the kids.
    - How does he get to manage Manure or Everton - have belief in himself, says with Derby he’s developing as a manager/coach/person.
    - Got approached by Everton, felt it wasn’t the right time as he’s still developing.

Speaks so well. 5/10 years ago you could never imagine him coming across as well as he does.

If it could make a real difference then we could discuss it (crowd fund) but in reality we (fans) would be staving off liquidation for a few weeks*. What’s the point in that case? Better putting our hard earned into Phoenix club…

I think you’re overstating any feeling against. The benefit to the economy is obvious. I doubt many fans of other teams will be alienated as it’s obviously beneficial to the city to safeguard Derby County and it’s stadium.

I think the council would have majority support from residents in the city. Hooliganism in the 80s shouldn’t be a factor in this. The council should absolutely explore the option of acquiring the stadium from MM. The loss of DcFC to the city would be disastrous financially, culturally, emotionally. I would argue the council spending money to acquire PP with the obvious economic benefits in future years would be ALOT more popular in Derby than the Arena/Velodrome construction.
