On radio Derby the legal expert said that Mel's offer on Friday does not require M or W permission. He said it was like three friends going for a curry and one says I will pay the bill if there is one.
So come on admins get it done. If the EFL object then get the MPs and Sports Minister onto them. Never mind pragmatism they want closing down.

On radio Derby this morning Chris Coles said one of the options is that Mel Morris could take on the M & W claims himself therefore would free up the situation enabling a preferred bidder to take over.
If he is correct then surely this would be the best route to take and Mel would get to rub Gibsons nose in it at court and make him pay all the costs. Or is it not as simple as that?

This wants sending to the sports minister and all media outlets to call them out. We need the TV people to highlight this.

Honestly thought with the pressure they’d back down, they’ve gone fully **** or bust with this and I hope it’s them going bust and not us. Unfit for purpose is such an understatement! We need to get a decent lawyer, keep applying pressure to the MPs and sports minister and get the corrupt EFL overthrown once and for all!

Sorry to start a new thread but I feel very strongly about this. The two parasitic clubs should not get a penny off us. They should be taken to the high court and taken apart and if possible forced to pay damages.
Now, I have no faith in our administrators whatsoever to actually do this. There doesn’t seem to be an appetite from anyone to actually save our football club and see that justice is done.
I would  be more than willing to pay a sum to go towards Nick De Marco or suitable friend to take this to court on the clubs behalf. If we lose football is dead anyway. If we win we seek costs and get our money back or donate it to local charities if that isn’t possible.
This needs actioning now. This needs someone - @RamsfanJim or BAWT to talk to the administrators tomorrow at the latest to clarify what they are going to do and if they aren’t willing to fight tell them we are.
I have had enough of this. Can someone who has contacts please contact the relevant people and get the wheels in motion. This parasitical, vindictive vendetta should not be allowed to stand.
I am sure plenty on here will agree with me.

To many goals conceded, it is not entertaining to watch. Get back to playing English football.

Just got back into Leeds - what a day that was
Will begin with the march as it obviously dominated the backdrop to the game. We set off for Assembly Rooms expecting a few hundred die hard (expectations around 1000 I believe) - well, got to the bus station & the noise just hit us. A wonderful display of support - loads of flags, banners & singing - just joyous & if there were less than 10k there, I'd be shocked. There's a little red headed lad who will be very proud of himself tonight - he started 'Since I was Young' when we going under the bridge near the station & 30 seconds later the sound was just exploding off the walls from hundreds singing it. Spine tingling. Outside PP just awesome also - as if you couldn't feel even prouder of who we all support.
On to the game - I do think the march had sapped some of the energy from the crowd & the occasion seemed to get the players a little with a lot of sloppy passes & poor touches. Birmingham settled much quicker & their physical, relentless press soon had us in trouble. The early goal knocked us out of our stride & to be honest, we were perhaps fortunate not to be further behind with one excellent Allsop save & one fantastic intervention from Bird tracking back to stop a certain one on one. We did have chances - Bird dragged a good opportunity wide & Lawrence's late free kick nearly yielded an opening but it had been a below par display & we had offered little overall.
Second half I expected changes but we were still off it & the second Birmingham goal (shocking cover for Hogan by the way) seemed to confirm it was going to be one of those days. Last 20/25 mins though the pressure started building back onto Brum & there were a number of reasons for that - Bielik coming on for Thompson to impose ourselves in midfield, Kazim to help Plange up top & Curtis Davies going up top to cause chaos. They started to struggle to keep us out & we were very unfortunate not to score before the fantastic goal back from Plange - he struggled overall today but will learn a lot playing against horrible CBs like theirs.
Onto injury time, I thought it was all over when Byrne floated a corner straight into Etheridge's hands & feared a repeat of Forest with time wasting & compliant refereeing to see the time ebb away. But we got one more chance & the absolute state of that bicycle kick from Bielik - just beautiful. And full deserved against a horrible, cheating bunch of timewasting cloggers.
I'm not going to pass comment on Birmingham's support & their songs aside to say they're just a tiny version of Leeds. I hope they all have a thoroughly miserable evening & think they have exactly the owners they deserve. Long live Derby County ??

Whatever the outcome of this saga; whether we survive or otherwise; the EFL has to be taken down. They’ve proven themselves repeatedly to be incapable of effectively and fairly governing the football league. They are incompetent and self-serving. The government must finish them if there is to be any future for professional football outside of the Premier League….

Surely it's the final bit of proof that the EFL cannot stand for us to stop up.
They know as soon as they lift the embargo Rooney gets 2 loan signings from Man United and we have a great chance of stopping up.
The 21 point deduction was supposed to see us relegated, things arent going to script.
Why else were Reading allowed to sign Andy Carroll.

I wondered this. They explicitly said the lack of funding til the end of the season was the reason for further restrictions so this looks like the goalposts being moved (again) - probably on the back of when they thought Rich Riley might fund it without a PB being in place. Totally unscrupulous.

I think the Admins are like a lot of people when dealing with the EFL - they start out being reasonable and the EFL are very polite and assure them that they're working incredibly hard to sort out any issues. But after months of hearing the same bull from Parry & his mates, they realise that the EFL have absolutely no intention of sorting anything out - whether it's incompetance on a grand scale or a deliberate policy, the EFL simply refuse to do anything that may prejudice their own position and simply drag their heels to the point where those people trying to negotiate with them have lost the will to live. They did it to Morris with the endless charges/embargoes to the point where he realised he would never be able to sell the club and they're now doing the same to the Admins....
I hope that this latest move is to force the EFL to obey the law of the land and dismiss the  ridiculous claims, thereby allowing a PB  to be named - the alternative is death by a thousand cuts as this saga drags on for as long as it amuses the EFL and their mate in the North East....

We were asked not to go public until after the EFL have told Nixon or Percy first.
Wait for one to tweet between now and tomorrow morning.
