    Yet more sensible business!

    Asked this before  and no one replied-  who is negotiating these deals?

    Rosie mentioned in his interview a couple of names working behind the scenes to get deals done, he couldn't thank them enough for there tireless work......I can't remember there names tho

    To break the 6000 barrier on the first day with no direct debit option is phenomenal support. If they can get the direct debit option in I would imagine we could manage to hit close to 20,000 by the start of the campaign.

    Hey;

    Another post..... ?

    Villa fan here, just wanted to come and say 1) good luck with getting back to the Champ, and 2) Chester....

    Chester was a huge asset for us in the Champ, a real leader and loved by the squad, Grealish specifically said he was the single biggest leader in the dressing room during our Championship years.

    He is a great player for L1 level for sure, in terms of his injury record, Steve Bruce destroyed his knee by playing him week in, week out with a serious injury after we failed to sign any centre backs and bought 50 right backs instead, terrible really, but Chester soldiered on like a warrior for the team.

    looks like he played 21 times for Stoke last season, so fingers crossed he will stay fit for you, if he does, great signing (probably the reason for the 1 year deal).

    Good luck.

    I've always liked Villa and there fans more than Birmingham.......and Happy Hour Party GIF by Two Lane Brewing

    Absolutely, it’s good to see players making moves based on reasons other than just money. Would add that McGoldrick was born in Nottingham so makes sense to stay local rather than move to Middlesbrough.

    And who the duck would want anything to do with that bloodleech of a club anyway......I hope, prey they someday go through what we have
