I think he meant more about tactical reasons or player weaknesses that he doesn't want to reveal to oppositions but it's hardly rocket science to work that out in this system

We have one player who looks suited to the system and that's Wilson. That's not enough is it...

I thought the last bit of the interview was correct. No pace, something not right, incorrect formation with current players but talk is cheap.

Yep. Keep it simple. Make sure players know their roles and positions and don't overcomplicate
