SSD reacted to Angry Ram in Antisocial neighbours - anyone else suffered?
Must be horrible to have bad neighbours.. On the flip side, we got new neighbours about a year ago. Indian family who are absolutely the nicest people. They have been stars locally making sure that everyone in our cul-de-sac has everything they need during lockdown.

A lovely citizen of society today threatened to hurt me and the missus. Chap was a passenger in I'm guessing a work skip wagon. The vehicle was an inch away from hitting my car and others parked on the road and I shouted to warn the driver just to watch it mate and slow it down. A chap came out and squared up to me on the street and gave me every insult in his small vocabulary. I laughed in his face, didnt give it him back. He soon scurried off back to the wagon.
I can't believe some idiots threatening to hurt other people over absolutely nothing.

Letting agency have made me flip today. Looking at a newish build house to rent whilst still saving for the house deposit. The amount of fees for a £600 pcm property was beyond a joke. Wanted the deposit and the first month upfront which is fine for any rent agreement I guess. Security deposit for additional damages, 6 weeks rent. £200 admin charge. £100 per tenant. Think that's about it.
Before you've moved in, it's nearly £3000 just to rent a property with this company. Madness.

First Christmas with my partners family, her mum cooked this beautiful dinner. Had all the trimmings, nicely cooked Turkey. It looked heavenly. Then outcame the gravy..... a runny, watery puddle of misery in a bowl. Wanted to cry.
Cant believe people like thin gravy. They make a beautiful dinner then decide to drench it with brown water. Grim.
