My little input regarding the academy involvement.
When Mel took over, he started investing heavily in the academy, which he knew would take a number of years to bear fruit. Investment went into the first team in his 2nd season, which theoretically wouldn't impact the long term prospects of the academy. Involvement of fringe academy players was reduced under certain managers (Pearson, Rowett). I believe Mel has previously suggested he was misled during the interview process Academy products were involved a lot last season, but Buchanan and Sibley in particular should have been used a lot more than they were Minutes given to academy graduates in the league

My provider offers Ukraine and Japan, but the jetlag when going to Japan is a bit too much for me.

I don't get what it will achieve. He wants to sell but there's no buyer coming forward. 
Best thing we can do is get behind the team, support as much as we can, and maybe we can help pull together long enough for a sale to be completed.

Some of the language I'm seeing on twitter is beyond ridiculous. Branding Mel Morris a 'disgrace' etc is really poor imo, the club has clearly been mismanaged, it's an omnishambles at the moment, but I don't think it's appropriate nor fair to use such harsh language. Fans need to understand that there is a fundamental difference between mismanagement and having malicious intent. The sort of owners I reserve that sort of language for are people like the Oystens at Blackpool or that bloke that put Wigan into admin, not Mel Morris. 

Academy lads roar into a 3 goal lead, and Mel takes his spot in the directors box at half time wearing a toga and a laurel wreath around his head.
Meanwhile, Pearce fights off a lion at half time, while Bucko rides around on a chariot pulled by Stevie Mac and Eric Steele, with Steve Gibson's severed head in his free hand.
We go on to see the game out comfortably, before the EFL charge us with unauthorized use of a hauled carriage at half time, and deduct us 12 points.

Yep,so as we thought and suspected,no new players in.
Encouraged by the passion of the academy kids against notts county however but crikey we are going to have a fight on our hands.
In many ways I'd rather we went down fighting with our academy lads giving it their all for their club than a bunch of short term contract pensioners who care nothing for us.
Looks like Wayne was sadly out of the loop again too in relation to our in's....

Only Bird, Knight, Sibley, Bielik and Jozwiak are contracted beyond this season (due to embargo restrictions). Using your logic we should sell everyone other than those 5 ?
There is no one we can currently sign who would be an improvement on Lawrence.

What's also odd is that we need to order a pint at least a week in advance when there just 3 days to go!
