My very first replica... and probably remains my all time favourite.
If I'm honest, I don't recall the sponsor being on the front of mine. I'm certain if we had a choice, I'd have opted out? Would we have had a choice back then, or would I have had that sponsor on? (I do have a lousy memory!)
EDIT: Pretty certain the same goes for the number on the back too? (I certainly wouldn't have paid extra for numbers/letters... I hadn't started work at that stage!)

It’s been locked for some reason.
So it has! Then apologies from me... ignore my previous (erroneous) post!
(I do like the funny pics, it's just that I'm a great believer in "A place for everything, and everything in its place"!)

There's a few funny pictures creeping in here just lately. I'm sure there's a dedicated "Funny Pics" thread somewhere?

It’s a Pixar reference. I’ve never cried so much in the cinema, and I’m not ashamed to admit it.
I honestly did not know that. I thought you were just making up a really stupid name. Now I know Bing Bong really has died... well, you can imagine my utter shame now, after making such mirth about it. I can only apologise, and pray your burdened heart soon finds joy.
Oh... and man up, yer wuss! :-)

Often wondered - is it pronounced gif or gif?
Now, that is a question I often ask myself, as I don't know! I don't recall ever having heard anyone say it, only read it! I'd go with the hard g myself, otherwise it should have been spelled "Jif"... and we'd be cleaning the bathroom with it!

Great movie!
Look closely... it's a few seconds on continuous repeat. A "Gif", I think they call it. Hardly a movie, great or otherwise!

Note to self... Don't join in when wearing the beige chinos.

Seeing this had me wondering, Shepherds Pie is made with lamb, Cottage Pie with beef. What do you call a similar pie made with pork?
If it's plain pork, then "Sty Pie".
If it's spicy pork, then it's "Thai Sty Pie".
If it's spicy pork, with a little dope thrown in, then it's "High Thai Sty Pie".
If you eat it whilst watching live footy, then it's "Sky High Thai Sty Pie".
... I prefer the lamb, myself.

A couple of times now I've seen a number (so far it's either 1 or 2) at the bottom of a quoted post. Not an issue as such but it seems strange.
Edit: My cutting reply to you on the topic of arse-wiping also appears to have duplicated in the form of a quote with a number 1 on the bottom.
Arse-wiping should clearly be categorised as a number 2.
It ain't rocket science. Get yer act together, mods!!

@Mucker1884 more tests for you.
Can you try on your mobile, if they don't work let me know what phone you are on.
Also are your Windows 10 updates up to date?
I've been speaking with the developers and I'm told it could be down to an older device which is not been updated.
Hi David,
All is ok on mobile (iphone 6s).
Still as before on this laptop. Windows is regularly updated and currently showing as all up to date.
I shouldn't worry, as it's evidently a problem at this end. As I don't have similar problems on other sites, I thought it was worth a mention?
Appreciate your efforts, of course.

Of course. Fully understood.
You've already gone above and beyond, and it's all very much appreciated.
Shall we resume tomorrow... say 05:00 hours! (Insert winking smiley, to denote bantz!)
*Thank grandson for teaching me the term "bantz"!

For info, there's one particular Facebook group thing I go on fairly often. Never had a problem with the emojis on there, and these seem to be the same emojis?
Only a problem on this site.

Steady on, not fixed yet, all we’ve established is your device won’t show the standard emoji.
Just switched back, guessing they are broken again for you?
Correct on all counts.

Just checked on mobile... all seemed ok.
Was in the process of checking on my (older) work laptop, and all seems good there too, but that may be because of what you have just done?
All good now on this laptop, so whatever you have done seems to have worked. Look...
???
All very much appreciated, and sincere apologies for being a pain. ☺️
PM me your address, and the turkey sandwich will get posted in the morning (Allow 5 days though, due to New Year postage, blah, blah, blah!
And please accept this, as a token of my gratitude... ?

I appear to be on latest version (I had to google it, but yes, all appears good on that score).
Exactly the same using incognito.
Have now unchecked the hardware acceleration thing (thanks for the directions!) and clicked "relaunch".
Returned here... Refreshed the page... still no change!
(Double checked incognito at this stage, but still no luck there again, either)

Odd, running Chrome now and have no issue, although this is on a Mac.
Are you running the latest version of Chrome?
Can you try in an incognito window and see if it's the same.
Finally, you can try unchecking "Use hardware acceleration (Menu> Settings> Show Advanced Settings > System menu)."
Erm... Gimme an hour... I'll get back to yer!

Obviously assuming all contracts have been signed etc, I totally agree that Cardiff "own" him, and should pay up (to Nantes). Any insurance claims should be for Cardiff to sort, and that includes any possible future foul play/negligence issues that may or may not arise.
But then I got to thinking... Our (work) sales invoices state that the goods are to remain our property until they have been paid for in full. I hasten to add, that is goods, not human beings!
Either way, it's a sorry state of affairs, and those involved should not forget there are two lives lost... one of them apparently still not found!
