Not necessarily. It might mean we're limited to say 22,000 (purely an example). We've sold 18,000(again, an example) meaning there are 4,000 left that can be chosen from the remaining 7,500 currently unreserved seats. Once the remaining 4,000 have been sold any unreserved still left are available for single ticket sales.

That's how I reckon it works.

Im thinking that if we have 7,500 unreserved seats we must have currently 21,000 or thereabouts reserved. I presume reserved seats equal season tickets?

Maybe there are actually less than 7,500 season tickets available. There might be 7,500 “seats” to chose from but perhaps this is because total season ticket sales are limited but not where there located.

In other words, purely as an example, if we’ve sold 18,000 but numbers are limited to 22,000 then only another 4,000 are available for sale from the 7,500 actual seats still free. Does that make sense? Not sure I’ve explained my thinking well enough for even me to understand.

So, does that mean that if we have about 28,500 home seats (3,000 + away) and have 7,500 potentially still available for season tickets we have already sold 21,000 season tickets?

There are approx 7,500 season tickets available still to buy.

Does anyone know the maximum number of season tickets we're allowed to sell?

I know there are certain numbers that have to be available for away fans (approx 3,000) and a % has to be available for general match-day supporters (is it 10%?).

So I'm guessing it works out something like 32,500 - 3,000 - 3,000 = 26,500 is the maximum number of season tickets that can be sold ?!

    Anyone know any better?

Sorry to be dense but where does the 7,500 figure come from Carnero?

Attendances are always lower during summer holidays due to family holidays etc. I doubt it’ll be that high but would be happy if wrong.

We have sold all seats except 988 as of a few minutes ago. Doesn't matter who turns up. If we sell those remaining seats it's a complete sell out.

  5. The crux of our situation is absolutely based upon our midfield breaking the press. That means being comfortable in recieving the right ball out of defence and turning or playing accurate quick passing through the lines. Not trying to single him out but the biggist culpret for NOT getting it right is young Thompson who seems to have reverrted to pinging it staraight back where it came from. That has its place if absolutely necessary to retain posession but it really should be last resort. If hes not comfortable looking after the ball hes got a problem.

We’re a div 1 team, with 2 recognised wide players. People really turning their nose up at this lad after 45 mins of play time?! If we’re picking people on last nights performance we really would be back to a 5 a side team as most were very poor.

I agree most were very poor but this was a big opportunity to show what he could do. Motivation should have been sky high. .....Didnt come over that way to me.

  7. I thought our midfield, collectively and individually, were dreadful. Far too happy to knock it back in the direction it came from. Of course this has to happen fairly often but not enough responsibility taken. A lazy tired performance.

Wildsmiths kicking needs to improve. When he goes long or chips out to the wings the ball was given away which defeats the aim if we are to be a possession based team.

I suspect fans (that predict 20k STHs/32000 opening day) will be in for a shock once the fri 29th deadline drops and the non renewed STs become available.

By that date my guess will be 14000 STHs

Opening day if Oxford sell out their 2k I reckon 24,000 in attendance.

Does anyone know if unused STs are counted in the attendance as it's a purchased ticket? Our 3 will be unused v Oxford

I've always believed that if a seat is sold, occupied or not, its counted.
