Ram@Lincoln reacted to LazloW in Chris Coles leaving Radio Derby in July
I’m afraid you are completely and utterly wrong on this and your obvious support for Ramage as a pundit (which is odd in itself) is colouring your views on other quite important and sensitive issues.
In any event, however it happened, getting rid of one half of the chuckle brothers was a godsend. I can only hope that Ed finds another job somewhere and then I might finally listen to an away match again.

Exactly. If they'd objected at the time we would have adjusted our figures, cut back on the silly spending and probably not got ourselves into this mess.
Now if that doesn't prove it's all the EFL's fault, I don't know what does! ??♀️ ?

Yes that is what Parry said. He said EFL (effectively ) were at fault for not enforcing the rules (or rather his interpretaion of them) in the first place. If they had, I believe there would have been no sanctions , no penalty point deductions and probably no adminstration or relegation.
Either the EFL were wrong not to enforce Parrys interpretation of the rules at first (as Parry claimed) , or wrong to enforce them when Parry took over ( I think the latter) but either way there is no way that EFL gets out of this with clean hands.

Give over B4! ?
Even you get time off from selling ice cream in the intervals at the cinema.
They deserve time off in nice places, give em a break youth.

Glad your not the manager.
"Right lads, you don't need to go home to sleep, we've set up camping beds on the top field - fires go out at 10pm"

They’ve just had a weekend in Blackpool, what more do they want.

Going off CKs tweets, my guess is Rooney is buying the ground.
It's going to be renamed the Rams Aroona.

I’ll say it again, remember when Mel promised the stadium “would not hold up any takeover”… the man’s a scumbag, absolute scumbag

Ram@Lincoln reacted to PistoldPete in The Kirchner-Morris Summit Meeting
It is. I have long since failed to understand the issue with the stadium. I had always thought of it as the solution to the problem , not the problem itself. But there is a legal charge against it and someone needs to get rid of that. MM, CK, DCC I really don't care who does it just do it.

If it’s no Rooney the fan base will go crazy

Ram@Lincoln reacted to Ted McMinn Football Genius in The Kirchner-Morris Summit Meeting
It’s been pointing to that resolution for a long time now. I have no real preference to who saves our club, as long as the club is saved that’s all that matters for now.
Mike Ashley will get the club IMHO, I think he also had something to do with resolving the MM & Gibson issues (as he and SG are mates apparently).
This leads us to -15 points and no Wayne Rooney either ???

Ram@Lincoln reacted to Ted McMinn Football Genius in The Kirchner-Morris Summit Meeting
Hi legacy is far far worse than Maxwell, he has single handedly strangled the life out of DCFC.
The fact he has the audacity to claim to be a Ram absolutely astounds me, you caused this now only you can resolve it Mr.Morris.
You get to be the centre of attention once again, do the right and proper thing and never darken our door again ???

Ram@Lincoln reacted to angieram in The whole squad wants to stay.
If he was, he got back to Pride Park for the lap of appreciation pretty damn quick!

Why would anyone need to show proof of funds for more than two years? any football owner can pull the plug at any time.. look at Wigan the guy pulled the plug after a couple of weeks. Kirchner has shown liquid funds of £100m I believe so this sounds like BS.

Ram@Lincoln reacted to Norman in The Administration Thread
Didn't he have to prove he had the funds for 2 years worth of trading to satisfy the EFL test?
He doesn't have to prove funds beyond that. Nothing story.

Ed Dawes just basically apologised on Radio Derby and said he'd got it wrong, Morris hasn't gone to ground and has been actively talking to interested parties in the last 24 hours. ?

Ram@Lincoln reacted to On the Ram Page in Thank You Rams TV
Although an avid reader, I rarely contribute to this site, but couldn’t let the season pass without a ‘Shout Out’ for Rams TV.
Throughout a traumatic season, although in many ways a hugely enjoyable one, there have been many accolades for the Team, Coaching Staff and back room staff. Part of that back room staff has been Rams TV and what a part they have played this season, although rarely mentioned in those accolades.
Dare I say that Owen Bradley has been one of Mel Morris’s best signings! I admired him on Radio Derby but he has grown to a new level over the last year or so (despite occasional dress malfunctions!). Always professional, reasoned and grounded (Mr Dawes at RD take note), his commentaries and interviews are always a good listen. Shaun Barker has added to mix this year and has been very listenable. A great combination.
I am sure that our potential new owner has been avidly watching their work in the USA over the last few weeks and hopefully, after the players, he will ensure that they are signed up for a prolonged period.
I don’t know if Owen reads this site, but if not, and someone knows him, please pass on, at least my thanks for his great work this year. He is the spokesperson for Rams TV but obviously has a great team behind him.
Well done Rams TV

Who directed him off the taxiway, was it MM the EFL MA Gibson the bloke from Wycombe or the bakery burner.

Assuming your being serious (due to lack of smiling face emoji), how exactly would invading the pitch show your appreciation?
I’d urge everyone to ignore your request and NOT to invade the pitch.
-
Ram@Lincoln reacted to duncanjwitham in Stadium buy out
Your first problem is that you need to find about 20,000 Derby fans, with £1k spare, during the biggest financial squeeze in recent memory.

I'd be amazed if that happened. This is surely just posturing before deals are agreed.

I reckon CK’s got Wi-Fi on his fancy plane and is checking the forum, and then telling the pilot to fly around at random to mess with us.

Does this count as news? CK's plane back in service!

Ram@Lincoln got a reaction from BatRam in LG 1 appropriate transfer suggestions
I'd look at Tom Eaves from Hull, out of contract, big target man - scored 21 goals in his last season with Gillingham in League One and 17 goals in the previous year. Definitely prolific at that level for sure. He'd surely be scoring the chances that big Bart had on Saturday and all the other crosses we have into the box.
