RAM1966 reacted to RadioactiveWaste in Embargo.
Can we just clarify, is it Mel/DCFC who we shouldn't libel, or is it a general we should say libelous things on the forum?
Because....

My take on that is that the accounts were submitted last week on the original deadline
then “after constructive discussions” we were asked to clarify something or provide documentation to support what we have submitted… which we have now done

Exactly. How does Alan Nixon get access to information that is confidential and much of it covered by NDA’s. He is omnipresent obviously.

So the EFl say “further information was filed”
not accounts are in. Clearly Nixon is right no accounts submitted we sent information not accounts.

Nah,we have form here,I think he's probably on the money.
It's the additional info we have provided to the ego in lieu of the accounts that's going to be intriguing, along with the efls response to it all.

So does that mean we could be take over by the Queen. I know she had some good racehorses but I’m not sure about her track record in football.

Nixon and DET don't actually know anything.
They've seen the communication from the EFL and due to the ambiguous nature of the statement have gone to both ends of the spectrum of what it could mean to set up their story.
I'm sure we will find out in due course whether we have sent 'more information' or the accounts. It could be, of course, just the EFL's way of saying they've received the accounts but aren't happy with some aspects hence 'more information' rather than accounts. Who knows at this stage.

I would say some form of statement would be welcome, i.e. are we in breach of P&S or not. If the accounts have been submitted then we will know if that's the case or not. I think it would be just be good etiquette from the club as fans are obviously invested in knowing.
Although, the way the club have been recently, it's almost as though the fans are a burden put upon the club as they want ridiculous things like... open lines of communication, season tickets and the ticket office open.

Let's be honest between all the crap Derby fans put up with its hardly a surprise and I wouldn't blame them , the price for a season ticket is just not worth what we witness on the field , and then they added a none disclosure onto a meeting that was to give fans information, sad times and very poor club management

Surely the club will have to make some kind of statement on Wednesday?
(Even if only to confirm submission of accounts)

Sadly I think your very close to hitting the nail on the head

Exactly. The EFL will review the account for several weeks, the Boro chap on the board will be agitating for action, then I think it in evitable there will be another charge that we will have to defend.

The actions will tell us more than the words could’ve ever done.

I don't think we'll hear much at all. We only needed to submit them to the EFL by the 18th August.
It looks like we've done that already?
