100% bang on the debts would have got worse and it would have been curtains for sure, we are very lucky David Clowes has been kind enough to pay over the odds (Event after writing off some of the debt), for us when we were clearly insolvent.  The £53M he paid was a championship value not a League 1 Club value.
I really hope for David Clowes that we go back up and he sees a return on his investment.

I do not want to get on anyones back at such an early stage of the season, but, our second half performances seem to be lacking.
Yesterday we hardly got out of our own half after the break.  Maybe its because the players are running out of steam, or could it be that teams are working out how to makes tweaks to play better against us? I'd suggest the later.
I hope LR works on this, because the game last week we really should of won, but, the second half we looked like a different team.
Yesterday we had a nervous 30+ mins trying to hang on.  Like I say, I'm not knocking LR so early, but, I think he needs to be able to address HT adjustments made by the opposition better than we currently are.

Come on folks. 4 games, three wins, spells of dominance in all the games, resilience in spades, clear plan of how we want to play...I'm pretty chuffed, tbh. Can't expect sides to roll over. We'll improve with time and better bench options.

Give us a little more time, We're still behind others where a late close season training programme is weeks behind others, Yesterday was 35 degrees OFF THE PITCH Christ knows how hot it was on the pitch, I'm very pale skinned not Albino esq but yesterday wiped me out, Walking too and from the ground, I had to bail out at 6pm from the pub I was bol loxed, Recovered enough to go out for a walk this morning.
It'll come good as we play and train more, 3 wins from 4 with a new team is a very good sign for a good season ahead.

100% agree, rosenior doesn't seem to be able to work out and counter what the other managers have done to change their play, hope he learns quickly.this is exactly why clowes is right not giving him the job full time just yet,see if he can adjust to the task and then give him the job

We need to sort it out for sure.
Yes, fitness is some of it but surely some of it is the coaches of the other team saying "right, that's what they're doing, start doing this to stop it" and "you got pasted that half do not let it happen this half" and whilst the other team trying harder is kind of their job, adapting when they've started to shut down things that were working before is something for LR to think on.

Think it's mainly a fitness thing, but it is alarming and could be addressed better. When we didn't have a proper pre-season people are saying we won't get up to match fitness until October.
For me our fittest player is Knight and we need him in the heart of midfield to give us more energy there. I think the physical transformation in Sibley this season is amazing and we also need his physicality in the middle of midfield.
Neither of our two new wingers has the stamina right now and it seems the wrong approach to start them both and have them run out of steam by half-time. If we want consistent energy throughout the game it makes more sense to rotate Mendez-Laing and Barkhuizen rather than play them together.

Well it is nearly here first game of the season against oxford United we need everyone in top voice and getting behind the lads but sadly I wont be able to do the bounce as I might have broken my big toe sigh but this wont be stopping me from getting behind them. Lets have sea of black and white let's have flags scarfs held up as players come out of the tunnel and banners too. Let new players think oh wow what a club and what a fan base.

With respect my friend, is there any possibility you may change your stance once a player gets stabbed... or do you need to wait until that happens, as (understandably) you can't see into the future?
Let's just find a way to keep 'em off, eh?  The "KEEP OFF THE GRASS" sign doesn't seem to be achieving much!
Better to be seen to be trying, than not trying at all?  No?

To be fair, police dogs don’t normally attend events to socialise and make friends with the supporters ? so I’m not surprised at the police officers reaction.

Security, stewards and Police know the games which have higher risk of pyros, they take a decision not to search. Its all too much hassle to actually do summat nowadays. Thats why they make new laws, instead of enforcing current ones, to make them look like they're doing summat.
Notts police have known for years that the residents of that stand above the away end will throw things at the fans below them but someone, I presume the match day commander, has taken the decision to allow it. New rules or laws won't stop it, throwing people out and arresting them will.

    Hypocrisy.

The powers that be won’t take strong measures to rule out swearing by players, aggression, dissent, cheating,  all of which have a profound social effect, especially on kids who love the game and on fans. And the reason they won’t take strong measures is that their revenues rely on the ‘passion’.
And then they pump this out
Of course they should act against criminality. But they should also act against the causes of it
