Meanwhile at a club with a 70 million wage bill and an average 8 k attendance
Bournemouth have been busy, having already confirmed the deadline day loan signings of Liverpool defender Nat Phillips and Newcastle United goalkeeper Freddie Woodman, with business expected to continue throughout the evening with Kieffer Moore, Todd Cantwell and Siriki Dembele all reportedly joining the Championship's third-placed side.

This is a really good point.
There could and maybe should have been a collective analysis of revenue generated from yesterday's game.
This includes all businesses from the local area. Pubs, restaurants, take aways, supermarkets, bus and taxis.
If everyone calculated their income from yesterday compared to every other regular mundane Sunday, it could go some way to demonstrate the impact on the local economy if a club was to go bust, all because of some poor decisions by rich men, crazy rules and greedy vultures.

A really good comment from the BBC piece that @angieram posted above.
But as much as the march was an attack on those they feel have done their club down, this was really about the support of a football club. Thousands marched in support of their club. From the brow of the hill that goes over the railway line the snake of humanity stretched as far as the eye could see, forwards and back. There was no demographic. Male and female, old and young, middle-aged parents and stylish supporters in their early 20s.
Generations of fans made their point peacefully. All walking behind a banner proclaiming: "Founder Member of the Football League. 138 Years of Football Heritage. Save Derby County."

First half poor, disappointing in fact with the scenes outside Pride Park and the city pre match. Never felt so deflated at half time.
Second half, completely different team, Birmingham let off the gas after their second which helped us, we deserved the point in the end.
Should it have been a penalty from Mengi's handball? Yes
Should Bielik's goal of stood with Stearman offside and arguably a high boot? No.
Birmingham fans will be fuming, understandable especially in the last minute, but the two poor decisions equalled themselves out.
Do not let off the gas against us.
Teams should be listening, we don't sing we'll fight till the end for no reason. We will fight until the end.

Birmingham fans are a vile bunch. Absolutely grim bunch of people. I actually thought it was going to be a collective “duck the efl” and the dodgy owners of both clubs but no. Should have guessed that they’d be chanting about Derby dying. They got what they deserved in the end and I couldn’t be happier about it.

Damn you Derby County. I'm a middle aged man. It's unbecoming that you keep making me jump around like a lunatic and blub my eyes out.
It must be so boring supporting a normal club.

I can only remember Callum Ball going to Coventry around that time. I thought he played for a number of lower league clubs after leaving us though.

Yes, it needs to be very family friendly language or it will look bad. Lots of "Since I was young" etc and no duck words, or the whole thing will reflect very badly. Lets make it a family thing, lots of youngsters and no beered up, coked up duckwits anywhere near the place.

Well. I'm speechless. He's turned down his boyhood club, who themselves are in a relegation battle and desperately need help.
In fact, I'm not speechless, I'm just struggling to find the right words to pour my love out for the bloke on the internet.
Incredible show of loyalty, absolutely incredible. This guy deserves 100% backing from EVERY Derby fan now, without exception.
What he has done this week is truly astonishing.
A Premier League job interview.
His boyhood club.
No thanks, I have a job to do here.
Wayne Rooney, you sir are a legend and I'm stone cold sober saying this.
