Thoroughly enjoyed last night. Adams is already proving to be one of the very best signings we have made in recent memory.
Cashin will be playing in the Premier League for the 2025-26 season. Hopefully with us.

Excellent tonight. We kick on from here to promotion 🥳

As the old saying goes: we're all Leeds today and Leicester tomorrow, aren't we?

Their last five results:
5-1 win vs Bristol Rovers
4-0 loss vs Ipswich
2-1 win vs Cheltenham
5-0 win vs Burton
2-0 win vs Accrington
On the 'current form' league table they're 3rd, just below us and Wednesday.
It seems more comfortable when comparing Home/Away stats, but we certainly need to be sharp for this one.

I saw their pitch on Sky Sports the other day and it was in a right state. Can't imagine the recent weather will have done anything to improve conditions. Could be a nasty old scrap in the frozen mud.

Hoping for either Boreham Wood or Chesterfield at home.
Second preference Hartlepool or Dagenham & Redbridge/Gillingham (again at home).

I hope he comes back, dominates the midfield in every game and scores the odd overhead kick now and then.

This idea that you can only criticise inappropriate chanting if you're 'brave' (read: stupid) enough to challenge a drunk Neanderthal in the heat of the moment during a football match while it's happening is boneheaded.

Could so easily have been three points, then again the two 1 on 1s they missed were fortunate (second one a great stop from Allsop).
A point helps neutralise the danger of a Reading draw but we're fast approaching the last chance saloon.
Very confident answer just now from Lawrence saying he "definitely" believes we will survive the drop.

Very painful game to watch. Stop, start, stop, start. And a full return to perilously playing it around the back, which very nearly cost us another goal.
Safety suddenly looks a lot further away, but I believe the lads can do it, providing we don't lose any more players and actually survive the season...

I might have dreamt this but I'm sure Rooney has said Bielik could be back as early as next week?! Huge boost if true, as I don't think any of us were expecting to see him until January.
If he improves our overall performance on the pitch by even 5% I think we will be comfortably out of the relegation zone by Christmas.

Derby County's Wayne Rooney, Manager of the Year.
It's in the bag ?

Considering I thought he had literally killed himself for the cause early on, fortunately turning out not to be his head against the post, to then go on and score two goals and take charge of the defence at the end... put a bust of him next to Bloomer!!

Where do you think we'll finish this season?

Portsmouth have got three difficult games coming up. I could see them losing two and drawing one, which means even if they do win the other two we will both finish on 94 points — and our goal difference will be comfortably better.
