NottsRam77 got a reaction from Premier ram in EFL appeal
It’s got f all to do with Wycombe at the time of our alleged offence they were no where near the championship never mind dreaming of being in it
they’re just trying to piggy back on the euphoria of social media in an attempt to get a reprieve and another season in the championship

NottsRam77 reacted to ram59 in Jozwiak
I think Jozwiak's best period last season, was when Bielik was playing.
This could be for a number of reasons:
A, he felt more settled with a fellow Pole in the team.
B, he benefited from having a better player giving him quicker and better passes.
C, he benefited from playing in a team playing with more confidence at the time.
Like many players, past and present, he seems to be a 'confidence' player. Hopefully, he can get and maintain that confidence next season.

I am getting slightly concerned that somewhere along the line we accidentally swapped Kamil for Mikey North off Coronation Street

I think it's actually called the League Arbitration Panel, but, yes, it is independent of the EFL and God knows why it's taking so long.
Surely, when punishment, if any is given out, the continued suffering to the club, by this drawn out process needs to be taken into consideration, just as a convicted criminal's time spent in prison on remand is knocked off his sentence.

Just put a Derby flag in your window and the neighbour who doesn't throw a brick through it, is the Ram.

NottsRam77 got a reaction from cstand in World of crypto
Really ?
Give u an example
my house gone up 25-30k in 2 years just had it revalued
that means that means the hand in your pocket has to find another 25-30k to buy the same average 3 bed semi as I bought 2 years ago … that’s a 10% increase .. in two years
what’s caused that ?
demand ?
inflation ?
taking that second point what causes inflation?
And in turn what does that say about fixed assets of value ?
your house ? Gold? Bitcoin ?
im not for one second saying this is the way people should put their life savings into I’m certainly not
but for me I can see a future where Bitcoin is used as a genuine asset of wealth
more and more hedgfunds and institutions are taking notice
Jp Morgan and Morgan Stanley seem to think so
but whatever anyone does now is possibly the end of the bull run and if it isn’t we could be close so the last thing I’d do now is buy unless u were planning to hold for the Forseable which I plan to do
as others have said I’m not throwing stupid money into it just money that I may have chucked into a crap saver or something .. £50 here and there

And there in lies the issue
because of COVID we / them / us are borrowing more from the future than we ever have …. Result … heightened inflation
so the pound or whichever fiat currency it is loses value against fixed assets of value
-

But we still owe it
they don’t just give it us lol
They still have to submit to the imf
currencies are being debased
The central banks print money, and buy government bonds
The government, all governments are borrowing from the future
The government then pays the interest on the debt
But if the central bank raises rates, the government is going to struggle to repay it.
Which leads to higher taxes
The loss of faith in the major currencies is because the central banks, who essentially issue money by decree (meaning of fiat), promotes the whole “if you can just print money, why are we paying tax” issue
You could also say that we don’t owe it to ankther country. True. But that means the pound loses value to the rest of the world. Who wants to store wealth in a country that prints?. See Zimbabwe
But when all Central banks do it at the same time, how is anyone supposed to store value?
More money, chasing less goods, is inflationary.

Its a bit like if you go for a meal with the missus, you go to pay and find you don't have enough, so she pays instead.

There is an element to it
but then it is even at a trillion dollars a very thin market that can be easily manipulated by various institutions that feel there can be money to be made in from the casual retail investor
The alt coins I’m v v sceptical over many if not all bar ethereum
Bitcoin does have a genuine use case as a store of value in a digital world
but hey who knows
My view is got to be in it to win it
if I’d taken my mates advice in 2012 and bought a load when it was like £200 a Bitcoin I’d be the proud new owner of an East Midlands football club ?
so maybe I should be grateful for small mercies

It’s more about the blockchain technology.. the crypto currencies are mainly an asset of worth, allow u to operate on those networks and allow it to be represented as a tradable commodity
It’s a big misconception
take an example
the ethereum network allows people to operate smart contracts and apps to run off the network
one some people may be familiar with is the game Sorare that’s a digital football trading card game that runs on the ethereum network
On the football theme as it’s closer to home for many of us here there’s a token called chillies.. not sure what network or blockchain it’s on but it’s a token that a host of top clubs have bought into
i can’t be bothered to explain how it works but if u google it it’s effectively like a little mini share issue if u will
fans can hold the tokens In their club, it can be used for season ticket discounts, match day experience rewards and prize draws
it can and they hope it can go a lot lot further
one club allowed their token holder fans to pick the side for a pre season friendly !!!! Lol
can imagine that here … would be carnage
