They do .. but its blatantly obvious that privatised water does not get the best deal / end product for the paying consumer
the idea of privatisation is that it creates competition in the market place which in turn gives the consumer the best possible options and service

it doesnt work with water, public money is being syphoned off into private hands aka shareholders, investment in infrastructure is non existent.. cos . Why would they .. that effects profit right.
and ur left with a water system thats negelected to buggery, companies in huge debt, v happy shareholders and public having to boil their water and decide if its worth a swim in the local river next to a floating turd

It's clear when listening or reading someone's views on the game, the ones that have never played a competitive game of football and don't understand the game.

Forest are a bigger club than Derby, and have a more successful history (their winning two European Cups back to back ranks above anything we have achieved). It's OK, given the size of the respective cities you would expect them to be, and seriously trying to claim the reverse because we had a bigger attendance on any given day makes us look a bit silly.

Nigel Clough showed on a number of occasions that he could set up a team to play beautiful football. Easily rivalling that of Mac1. 
 
Just a shame he was always quick to put the brakes on to drag us to 50 points - but with a bottom 6 budget he did brilliantly when you consider what he inherited.
