Bristol Ram
Clough gave him the number 9 shirt again this season suggesting he still has a lot of faith in him, therefore he is not going to sell him. No-one who had a number between 1-11 last season changed, other than Davies for obvious reasons. I agree that it's unlikely NC will want to lose Tyson, but I wouldn't place too much weight on squad numbers.

WorksopRam
I wouldnt believe it unless that Percy bloke mentioned it on sausageter. Which he did.
pej1956
In the daily star that Simon Grason wants to persuade him to join Huddersfield. [url=http://www.dailystar.co.uk/posts/view/267475/Huddersfield-target-Derby-striker-Nathan-Tyson/]http://www.dailystar...r-Nathan-Tyson/ The clue is in the paper. Hardly the most reliable source! jezram
if possible, i'd have davies stay for the year and try & persuade him to sign a deal, get sammon in & let tyson go, as he did score against ssausagehorpe but i have yet to see him play well or consistently
Jourdan
This is a real head scratcher. All the signs during pre-season point to Tyson figuring in our first-team plans. It seems a strange time to send him out on loan when he's actually fit, playing with confidence and scoring goals. I can only assume Clough expects Sammon to be a real catch... p.shilton
Awesome! Things just get better and better! He is a bag of ***** as a striker and we now have decent wide men so it makes sense to get rid- especially as he will be one of our highest paid players. Also this means new arrivals must be imminent. My money is on sammon and one or both of the trialist strikers from the matlock game
feris bueller day off
Surely this can only happen if we are getting sammon and Davies is staying, unless it's a rouse to bluff jewell into thinking we arent going to sell Davies unless he coughs up more cash. My betting is on that!
p.shilton
Not really, as it stands davies is going- are we going to really rely on tyson to make up the goals deficit? He is a spare part so move him out and spend his wages on someone who might actually score

uttoxram75
;;;;you just know the ones who crucified Clough for signing him would be the first to do the same if he sold him!

DcFc Dyycheee
Just listened to NC's interview on Rams Player and he said something on the lines of (Don't quote me) "We'd like to bring in another striker, but it all depends on what's happening with our's first." Hinting at Tyson going? Hmmm... 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wacko' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
duncanjwitham
If we're going to sell Tyson then now is the time to do it - he looks sharp and fit and he's scoring goals. But then again, he looks sharp and fit and he's scoring goals, so why would we sell him? -JW-
Was this after Sammon had signed?? Or after the match on Saturday?
Day
Can't see it, we didn't play Davies as we didn't want to risk injury, surely with Tyson's track record he'd be in the same boat. Reckon he's fell out with Sammon already and we're trying to loan him out.
