It is absolutely the correct move for Crackers and epitomises the level headed character he is, there were other options for Jacobs and he could have earned more money elsewhere but the lad wants to play football and be treated well, hence his decision to join The Rams.

Interesting how others see DCFC.

Well yes, when players at other clubs see 15 and 16 year olds getting a chance in a Championship side, it must look a great place to go.

They don't know its mainly because the club is run by tight wads and skinflints

I actually think Hughes will play quite a bit next season - 20 games odd. I can see a side like this:

GK: Fielding

RB: Brayford

CB: Buxton/OB

CB: Shackell/replacement

LB: Roberts

RM: Jacobs

CM: Bryson

CM: hendrick

LM: Ward

AM (no. 10): Hughes

Striker: Rotating continuously through Robinson/Tyson/Ball/Bennett (and sometimes resting Hughes and then playing 2 strikers)
