Ghost of Clough
The dream for me would be an entire squad made up of academy graduates. If we had somehow managed to retain everyone, we would currently have the following to choose from: GK: Ravas, Evans RB: Bogle, Kellan Gordon CB: Rooney, Rawson, Bardell CB: Cashin, Buchanan LB: Lowe, ABrown, Williams CM: Hughes, JBrown, DRobinson CM: Bird, Elsnik, Thompson CM: Knight, Hendrick, Sibley, Guy RW: Whittaker, Ebiowei LW: Ebosele, Kaide Gordon, Kellyman CF: Delap, Jacobsen, Stretton, Plange, DBrown Who would make your 23 man squad from those I've listed (or others I may have missed off)? Where do you think it would place in the Championship?

Gordon Delap Subs Ravas, Bardell, Buchanan, Thompson, Sibley, Kellyman, D Brown In the championship I don’t know but in League 1 this season that team finishes comfortably above relegation this year, top half next year and promoted year after that. IMO if he’s banging in 2-3 a game by Xmas then it’s time. It’s a good result today but reaction needs to be tempered by how young the Man City team were. We had 4 u18s starting and they had more than that. Brown has a great future and if he’s still scoring at Xmas and still not getting chances with the first team then questions should be asked. See my earlier posts in this thread. We have lads almost there and some minutes this season with a larger contribution next is for me the answer. i thought we would be comfortable by Xmas and able to start “blooding” then in the new year….
