I was interested in the posited positions of some of history's recent figures. Personally, i would have put Stalin much closer to Hitler. They had a number of similarities and whilst it is a default position to think of Stalin as "far left wing" that analysis really only holds water for his views on collectivised ownership....nobody surely could think he created a "caring" society handing out freebies to all and sundry.... Same here & I did feel that some of the more right-of-centre statements were quite extreme. For quite a lot of questions, I wanted a "sometimes" option and ended up disagreeing with more of them than I maybe should have. This is a problem for the quiz IMO and probably the reason why most of us are coming out with very similar results. My chart is pretty close to @SchtivePesley for goodnes sake! Not sure I’ve seen anybody post on here I would consider anywhere near far right , problem is too often mud slinging erupt s over how to identify and deal with issues considered to be far right , racist , sexist and such like , for me a lot of this is caused by people not realising that the route they see as promoting equality is actually just creating more boxes to put people in and creating division Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
