Temporarily. A great deal of people connect up at KO. 

Generally, the stream is more stable at the start of the game the earlier you turned it on ahead of it.

Also, for other people who are new-ish to RamsTV: If it fails mid-game and a message pops up, you usually just have to refresh and it'll work again.
