MACKWORTHRAM
Remember Eddie Howe was 32 when he took over at Bournemouth with no experience whatsoever. Hes not done too bad of a job there. Lack of experience isn't always a bad thing.

Sheer brilliance given falling crowds ,split fanbase ,defence first football and probably growing certainty he had employed a snake in rowett

With the idea that Grant takes the reigns for a 1-2 years to ease Lampard in under no pressure?

SuperDerbySuperRams
Surely at those odds, he is our man. Arteta was 1/7, but he was set to be appointed before the Arsenal board changed their mind. Welcome Frank

Playing in the Champions League final, the League Cup final and contesting the Premier League title to the last day is definitely a much bigger achievement in the football world than wining promotion to PL or playing in the Championship Play-Off final. I'd say he reached the top in the football, he just didn't win any laurels for his achievements.
