The missus unknowingly always want to go out for a drink when Derby are on the telly. Would it be unethical to get her absolutely smashed inbetween those golden hours of after-work drinks and kickoff, and then be forced to head home nice and early?

Tell her that the couple of hours between 5 - 7 are happy hour. You go to the bar each time so she doesn't find out. By about 7.15 she should be out of it. Sorted

Its on Sky. You should be able to get it surely?

Yeah I have the ability to watch it on my laptop at home, no problem. Being dragged out to socialise instead is the issue. (Every time we're on the telly! <_<)

I love your negativity. It is an attitude like that which puts you in these situations.

I bet you are one of those fans who says at the very start of the season - "Here we go again, struggling through and failing at the last minute"

Not really. I just see things for what they are.

I dont see why I should applaud a bunch of overrated, overpaid, underperfoming useless bunch of misfits, or a clueless manager.

But if you think things are fine, then good for you.

So when will you start supporting Derby then? When they have a team and manager you're happy with!

so if Johnson is out is it Butterfield and Hughes in the middle ? Or does Bryson get a go ?

Interesting .. If he sticks with the 4-2-3-1 then Will is going to have to be really on his game.

I sort of wish we had Jamie Hanson available for the grunt he brings anyway it's Mad March Friday, Rams on the Pier or whatever Sky want to call it.

Going to be interesting. wonder if we keep a clean sheet if Mac will give Pearce a stick of Rock with derby all the way through

Well I have supported Derby for 40 years and our team now is not that bad, think back to the Docs days in the late 70s and we were **** antill Mr Cox arrived in 1984, we were awful under Todd , Gregory and Jewell, and the last time out in the prem, but I still turned up and supported my team, that's what fans do, and I never boo the team, I will discuss in the pub afterwards and say we were ****, but at the match I am always 100 percent behind my team, for better or worse, so if you think this is bad you really have not got a clue about football, in fact why not go shopping with your Mrs on a Saturday and do not bother to turn up at pride park, you might then have a good weekend. Once a ram always a Ram its in the blood.

You could always just stop going. Maybe your life would have a little more sunshine then
