It would make sense for Hughes to hold off signing a new contract until all of our business is done in this transfer window - last thing he wants is to sign on the dotted line and then find we sign a new 'stellar' signing who's on twice his money.... Look it's more than likely he either has a niggle and was given that session off or was seeing someone about his hand. Him missing for one training session really is nothing to worry over.
