He must like the place.

Perhaps he is not quite as good as some believe he is?. Until the physical side of his game improves, and he learns how to tackle, he will not make a Premier player.

He would have been gone by now if he was up to the mark.

Glad you're not our manager anymore.

Sorry but that's just utter ********! If you look at the stats you will see that Hughes is one of the best tacklers within our squad, second only I believe to king George himself. If you really feel that he is a weak player then you must truely have your head buried in the sand, I lost count of the amount of times yesterday Hughes brilliantly won the ball back and managed to shrug off defenders as he went on the attack. And in any case, the premier league is far more technical and less reliant on the physical side of the game, the only reason he hasn't been sold is because we have ambition to be at that level, and our best chance of getting there is with Hughes In the team, he's vital to our prospects- simple as that

He's won more tackles than any other player in this league, what more do you want?

It's not his tackling that needs to improve. It's his shooting and goal return

Yes he's definitely improved his tackling but his shooting hasn't got any better, if anything it's worse.

You're on a wind up. He did more tackling under Pearson than anyone else - and I'm including the opposition teams in that.

He isn't (see Aston Villa manager speculation) but I hope he's right on this one...

Murphy spot on at few things and he said that Gestede isn't the type of players that WBA are looking for unlike that reliable source (the one mclovin hyping up other day lol)
