Simmo and Steele were former players, fan favourites, had persona on the radio, at fan meets etc. Peacock was heralded as top coach for England kids, after Derby kids, won't be much love lost there.

Supposedly older head to guide P.C, barely see him on touch lines unlike Simmo, nor hear him. Persona non grata more like. Kevin Phillips will be the interesting one, he had a bit of a reputation forging as a coach besides being a more than proven championship player.
