Walsall_Ram
Not sure what the lad did, if anything.. Nothing deserves this.. Surely? Role of a policeman is to serve to protect, right? Horrific.

G STAR RAM
Did the police really just wade in and hit him for no reason? Can't see it myself.

You've never seen the police go over the top at football? They've done it ever since I've been going to games.

Not sure of the circumstances here hence why I asked but I would be very surprised if this guy was walking along in a police escort doing nothing and they set about him. Sith Happens
Couple of years back had a saturday night at the greyhounds in nottingham, and some joker decided he would try a circuit himself. Towards the end of the night, and he was obviously evicted. As we were leaving, we saw the aftermath, bloke was being a bit of a #### and presume was his GF giving it some mouth to the police but not exaggerating when i say 7 police cars had turned up. Talk about over reaction from the notts police.

I've seen it before....admittedly it was a long time ago now. mounted police charging down Dairy House road, smacking anyone and everyone with truncheons. TroyDyer
Police aren't there to protect the people. Haven't been for a long time. They will continue to do this until they have reason not to. If the other Derby fans waded in instead of standing around, the police would think twice. *****.
Inglorius
The policeman probably mistook him for an ex miner, old habits die hard

Read the 7 arrests page on the forum fully and everything is explained.I have also added a second video of the chaotic police organisation on YouTube,Nottingham police V Derby fans 06/11/2015 part two, although part two was about ten minutes before the attack on Tom. therams69
Interesting that the arrest figure has been announced as 7 yet we normally have a breakdown. On that basis I am going Forest 7 Derby 0 which again will back up there were no disorder from Derby fans.
