Have you watched it @Norman?

I found a stream last night.

If he had more power he'd be a monster. He's so fit and fast. Good at any range. Works the body great, solid enough jab and those uppercuts...

Still a tosser but a very enjoyable fighter.

His workrate wasn't to be matched last night.

Needs a real elite test asap. Not seen him under pressure since round 4 against BJS!!

After the naughty showing off it was great to see Abraham catch him... then he just upped the tempo and killed any hopes of a late burst from Abraham. Think Abraham was just happy to go out on his feet.

Yeah, saw It on YouTube just now.

How frustrating that when he went in and got Abraham hurt, he backed straight off. I think he was just toying with him. Picking his shots, showing off his fitness, timing and accuracy. You can see why snr is so confident about him. Work rate is phenomenal. Who'd want to get in to a ring with that? He might not have huge power, but them uppercuts are beautiful. Cant think of a fighter who times and uses them so much. Nothing like seeing a head get snapped back lol.

Abraham has never been stopped, has he? I know he's getting on, but he shouldn't have been outclassed like that.

Yeah that left in the 11th got him didnt it. Showed he can take a punch at this weight. Abraham was over as well. He walks around at 12 stone, so he's too light really, but thats where the fights are. Thing is, when he gets hit, like against Dorran, he just sees red and unleashes lol. Arrogantly so.

Cant see BJS rematch ever happening now.

Eubank Jr v Degale would be a great fight.

Jr's team need to lose the ego though. Accept they are a B side and get a good win under their belt before demanding 50-50 splits with the likes of Groves and Degale.

It's more to do with who's taking the other side of the cut with Snr. And rightly so.

Might make boxing more watchable on horseback

You like UFC though. I got a "free recommended fight" on my YouTube feed. Some big fight from a while back between John Jones and Daniel/David Cormier??

First 3 minutes was good. Then it's 2 blokes leaning on a fence or hugging on the floor. That's boring bruv.

I know you get boxers that like to hug it out but the aim of the game is to strike.

Too much judo wrestling. Is that why McGregor is exciting? Because he's one of the few to refuse a cuddle.

Fights can be hit and miss yeah, that's down to the style of fighter they are, some are all about the ground game, Diaz is a monster on the ground which is why McGregor tried to avoid the floor.

McGregor is all about his left hand pretty much, still an animal on the floor but it's his timing and movement which are more dangerous when followed with that left.

Lighter the fighter better the fight, bigger guys tend to hug it out more.

Mickey Garcia UD over Adrien Broner.

Garcia was tremendous, just the amount of punches he throws and from the angles. Great versatility, agility and endurance.

Broner just doesn't throw enough. For a counterpuncher, he doesn't do combos and just throws single punches and then rolls and twists. Will never get you a decision over someone who punches twice as much and as accurate as Garcia.

Broner's post-fight talk was pathetic. Just talked about money and his 'legacy'. The guy wasn't good enough at 147 and is not the best at 140. I bet Crawford would comfortably beat him too at 140.

Doesn't Amir Khan and his family live in the States? While AJ is London-based.

Not saying it can't be true, but sounds bizarre.

Dunno, but he's got snapchat videos of her talking to Joshua and them apparently organising to meet in London next week. She inevitably claimed she was 'hacked'.  She said something along the lines on her twitter last night that people don't like it when you give them a taste of their own medicine before swiftly deleting it, as Khan's cheated on her many times in the past with escorts.

Anybody else stupidly excited for GGG v Canelo?

Going to be epic!

I reckon Canelo on points. Jacobs laid the blueprint but it takes someone special to pull it off. Think Canelo is that man.

Think I'd slightly prefer GGG though.

Danny Jacobs basically cheated in that fight. He gave up the right to win a belt by going way over the weight limit in order to give him a better shot of beating GGG, and thus stardom. It was GGG vs a super middle, light heavyweight in there that night.

I think if goes the distance Canelo will win due to boxing politics.

GGG looks much sharper and focused. I don't think he will allow himself to be hit as much as in the Brook fight as he no doubt respects Canelo's power.

I'm hoping it goes the same way as the Lemouix fight, with Canelo being stopped but I can't see it.

I think it will be a controversial points win for Canelo, despite GGG imo being the better boxer.

Canelo looks overdone to me, trained like a mad man but could burn out. I'm not sure what his fight plan will be. He's a counter puncher though so the styles should blend well. I'm going for a GGG win by late stoppage after a war where we see GGG really hurt for the first time.
