Recipe posted by penfold Share this recipe Add BookmarkfacebooktwitterPin Itshare Join in and share one of your own recipesADD A RECIPE Ingredients SWITCH TO CUP MEASURES For the base 200 grams digestive biscuits 100 grams butter (soft) For the topping 1 packet cream cheese (a standard packet) 1 tub single cream (or whipping cream, a small tub) 250 ml icing sugar (sifted) 1 lemon (juice of) Method Whizz the biscuits in the food processor until you have fine crumbs, then add the butter in smallish chunks through the nozzle while the processor is still running. You should end up with a damp dough-like consistency. Butter a tin and press the base mixture down hard into the bottom of the tin, put in the fridge to set. Beat the cream until it is thickened enough to nearly hold it's shape but not quite. Beat in the packet of cream cheese until the mixture is smooth. Add the sifted icing sugar and lemon juice and beat again until you achieve a smooth thick consistency. However, at Chelsea/Everton, for some reason, he's not getting gametime. A loan for us would be ideal, he has serious quality, no doubt about it. Then again somehow ibe gets 5 minutes for Liverpool which is 5 minutes more than I expected. Just depends on the manager , hopefullly this guy if we get him will be better than ibe.
