The Scarlet Pimpernel
If Hughes is injured: ...........................................Grant......................................... Christie..............Keogh....................Whitbread..........Forsyth ..........................................Eustace...................................... ..................Dawkins...............................Bryson ..Ward................................Martin............................Ibe Thought Dawkins was superb against Blackburn. Link up play was neat, intricate and polished. Good energy and always available.
Scott129
Really good feeling about this one. Whole team seems to be hitting some form now and, with it being at home, I can't see us not winning this.
Carl Sagan
A determined draw down the road and a first, narrow away win. Would love to think we've suddenly clicked, but let's not get carried away.
randombc
If Hughes was injured I would be tempted to play Dawkins in that role if needs be and put Ibe on the wing. Dawkins is pretty reliable with the ball and Ibe looks a great player who will cause any team problems. Cardiff seem like a team low in confidence, let's go out and get them! AmericanRam
http://m.derbytelegraph.co.uk/articles/news/article/22947333 Simpson says Hughes trained yesterday and should be just fine for Saturday.

Can agree with that mate, thought he slotted in well, impressive, never seemed to lose the ball, although having 2/3 of their players around him all the time. RaphaRam
The term "there for the taking" has been used no end so far this season, Cardiff are just that.

Daaave
Did the Football League award us a retrospective goal in the Charlton away game B4, thought we lost 3-2?
duncanjwitham
Did the Football League award us a retrospective goal in the Charlton away game B4, thought we lost 3-2? Maybe we're only counting games that we didn't lose? We are unbeaten in every single one of those.

Gladys' Handbag
Quiz for y'all: http://mauveandyellowarmy.net/six-decades-of-cardiff-city-v-derby-county-matches/ Answers tomorrow... Jesus - the 6-1 defeat in 2009, my mind had somehow blotted that one out. Now it's all coming back to me, the glimmers of hope after the Hulse goal, 3 goals in 5 minutes, trudging away from the stadium ....... Well thanks very much, I was feeling quite cheerful until I looked at your quiz. You should have added a health warning; do not look at this quiz if you are in a good mood and are easily upset! Scott129
A determined draw down the road and a first, narrow away win. Would love to think we've suddenly clicked, but let's not get carried away. Against two of the best teams in the league. We struggled to get anything against the top teams last season! RamNut
It's bound to be an excellent reception. Derby fans (for the most part) are pretty fair when it comes to ex-Rams playing for the opposition (Tyrone Mears excepted, of course). ....and Idiakez for some unknown reason. VulcanRam
....and Idiakez for some unknown reason. Really, I always though Idiakez got a great reception, especially when he hammered that penalty over. Everyone was cheering then....
